铰链杯及“U”形轴;所述摇杆的左端部通过“U”形轴的一轴与铰链杯转动连接,所述曲柄的左端部通过“U”形轴的另一轴与铰链杯转动连接;
双脚扭簧;所述双脚扭簧套在第二转轴上,在双脚扭簧上设有使双脚扭簧定位的定位结构,双脚扭簧的两个脚分别抵靠在对应的弧形抵靠位上或抵靠在弧形抵靠位的右端;当双脚扭簧的两个脚抵靠在弧形抵靠位上时,门铰链处于第一段力,当双脚扭簧的两个脚抵靠在弧形抵靠位的右端时,门铰链处于第二段力;以及
阻尼器及导向座;所述阻尼器安装在外壳内,在所述导向座的前后两侧均设有拨动槽,导向座位于外壳内并可相对移动,所述拨动凸起位于对应的拨动槽中从而带动导向座移动,阻尼器的活塞杆的端部设在导向座上从而使阻尼器起到缓冲作用。
在本技术方案中,所述阻尼器的上端面与外壳内壁的顶面相抵靠,阻尼器上部的前后两侧面与外壳内壁的前后两侧面相抵靠,在阻尼器的下部设有弧形凹槽,所述第一转轴插在弧形凹槽中,阻尼器的左端面与双脚扭簧相抵靠从而使阻尼器定位的安装在外壳内。
在本技术方案中,在所述阻尼器的前后两侧设有导向槽,在所述导向座的前后两侧设有导向插块,所述导向插块插设在对应的导向槽中从而使导向座在阻尼器上定向移动。
在本技术方案中,在所述阻尼器的前后两侧设有凹陷的避让位,所述双脚扭簧的两个脚位于避让位中。
在本技术方案中,所述阻尼器是自弹式阻尼器。
在本技术方案中,所述双脚扭簧上的定位结构是双脚扭簧上的顶柱,在所述阻尼器上设有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽与外壳内壁的顶面配合形成安装插槽,所述顶柱插入安装插槽中从而使双脚扭簧定位。
在本技术方案中,在所述弧形抵靠位的右端部设有便于双脚扭簧向下摆动的第一凹槽,所述双脚扭簧的脚可抵靠在对应的第一凹槽中。
有益效果
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点为:可通用一段力的门铰链的部分配件,生产成本低,弧形抵靠位使门铰链在一段力与二段力之间反应灵敏,受力均衡,平稳转动,使用效果好,使用寿命长。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本实用新型,但并不构成对本实用新型的限定。此外,下面所描述的本实用新型各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以互相结合。
在本实用新型描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”及“右”、等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型而不是要求本实用新型必须以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
在本实用新型的描述中,术语“第一”及“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
如图1至图10所示,其是具有二段力的门铰链,包括:
第一转轴3、第二转轴4、曲柄5、摇杆6及外壳10;其中,所述第一转轴3及第二转轴4均安装在外壳10的左部,所述曲柄5的右端部通过第一转轴3与外壳10的左部转动连接,在曲柄5的右端的前后两侧均设有拨动凸起52及弧形抵靠位51,所述弧形抵靠位51位于拨动凸起52的左侧,弧形抵靠位51的弧度圆心与第一转轴3的轴心同轴;所述摇杆6的右端部通过第二转轴4与外壳10的左部转动连接;
铰链杯1及“U”形轴2;所述摇杆6的左端部通过“U”形轴2的一轴与铰链杯1转动连接,所述曲柄5的左端部通过“U”形轴2的另一轴与铰链杯1转动连接;
双脚扭簧7;所述双脚扭簧7套在第二转轴4上,在双脚扭簧7上设有使双脚扭簧7定位的定位结构,双脚扭簧7的两个脚71分别抵靠在对应的弧形抵靠位51上或抵靠在弧形抵靠位51的右端;当双脚扭簧7的两个脚71抵靠在弧形抵靠位51上时,门铰链处于第一段力,当双脚扭簧7的两个脚71抵靠在弧形抵靠位51的右端时,门铰链处于第二段力;以及
阻尼器8及导向座9;所述阻尼器8安装在外壳10内,在所述导向座9的前后两侧均设有拨动槽91,导向座9位于外壳10内并可相对移动,所述拨动凸起52位于对应的拨动槽91中从而带动导向座9移动,阻尼器8的活塞杆84的端部设在导向座9上从而使阻尼器8起到缓冲作用。
工作时,当双脚扭簧7的脚71抵靠在弧形抵靠位51时,双脚扭簧7的脚71的力传导至曲柄5右端部的转动轴心上,曲柄5转动时,铰链杯1不受双脚扭簧7的弹簧力可自由摆动,此为门铰链的第一段力;当双脚扭簧7的脚71抵靠在弧形抵靠位51的右端时,双脚扭簧7的脚71的力传导至曲柄5右端部的转动轴心的右侧,双脚扭簧7的脚71开始对曲柄5施加向左的转动力,曲柄5开始转动从而带动铰链杯转动,此为门铰链的第二段力。
生产时,铰链杯1、“U”形轴2、第一转轴3、第二转轴4、摇杆6、阻尼器8,导向座9及外壳10均能使用具有一段力的门铰链时的部件,降低了生产成本。
在本实施例中,所述阻尼器8的上端面与外壳10内壁的顶面相抵靠,阻尼器8上部的前后两侧面与外壳10内壁的前后两侧面相抵靠,在阻尼器8的下部设有弧形凹槽85,所述第一转轴3插在弧形凹槽85中,阻尼器8的左端面与双脚扭簧7相抵靠从而使阻尼器8定位的安装在外壳10内。
在本实施例中,在所述阻尼器8的前后两侧设有导向槽82,在所述导向座9的前后两侧设有导向插块92,所述导向插块92插设在对应的导向槽82中从而使导向座9在阻尼器8上定向移动。
在本实施例中,在所述阻尼器8的前后两侧设有凹陷的避让位83,所述双脚扭簧7的两个脚71位于避让位83中。
在本实施例中,所述阻尼器8是自弹式阻尼器。
在本实施例中,所述双脚扭簧7上的定位结构是双脚扭簧上的顶柱72,在所述阻尼器8上设有第二凹槽81,所述第二凹槽81与外壳10内壁的顶面配合形成安装插槽,所述顶柱72插入安装插槽中从而使双脚扭簧7定位。
在本实施例中,在所述弧形抵靠位51的右端部设有便于双脚扭簧7向下摆动的第一凹槽53,所述双脚扭簧7的脚可抵靠在对应的第一凹槽53中。
工作时,双脚扭簧7的脚71与曲柄5更好的接触,从而使铰链杯1快速转动。
以上结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式作出详细说明,但本实用新型不局限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本实用新型的原理和宗旨的情况下对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换及变形仍落入在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种具有二段力的门铰链,其特征在于包括:
    第一转轴(3)、第二转轴(4)、曲柄(5)、摇杆(6)及外壳(10);其中,所述第一转轴(3)及第二转轴(4)均安装在外壳(10)的左部,所述曲柄(5)的右端部通过第一转轴(3)与外壳(10)的左部转动连接,在曲柄(5)的右端的前后两侧均设有拨动凸起(52)及弧形抵靠位(51),所述弧形抵靠位(51)位于拨动凸起(52)的左侧,弧形抵靠位(51)的弧度圆心与第一转轴(3)的轴心同轴;所述摇杆(6)的右端部通过第二转轴(4)与外壳(10)的左部转动连接;
    铰链杯(1)及“U”形轴(2);所述摇杆(6)的左端部通过“U”形轴(2)的一轴与铰链杯(1)转动连接,所述曲柄(5)的左端部通过“U”形轴(2)的另一轴与铰链杯(1)转动连接;
    双脚扭簧(7);所述双脚扭簧(7)套在第二转轴(4)上,在双脚扭簧(7)上设有使双脚扭簧(7)定位的定位结构,双脚扭簧(7)的两个脚(71)分别抵靠在对应的弧形抵靠位(51)上或抵靠在弧形抵靠位(51)的右端;当双脚扭簧(7)的两个脚(71)抵靠在弧形抵靠位(51)上时,门铰链处于第一段力,当双脚扭簧(7)的两个脚(71)抵靠在弧形抵靠位(51)的右端时,门铰链处于第二段力;以及
    阻尼器(8)及导向座(9);所述阻尼器(8)安装在外壳(10)内,在所述导向座(9)的前后两侧均设有拨动槽(91),导向座(9)位于外壳(10)内并可相对移动,所述拨动凸起(52)位于对应的拨动槽(91)中从而带动导向座(9)移动,阻尼器(8)的活塞杆(84)的端部设在导向座(9)上从而使阻尼器(8)起到缓冲作用。
    2根据权利要求1所述的具有二段力的门铰链,其特征在于所述阻尼器(8)的上端面与外壳(10)内壁的顶面相抵靠,阻尼器(8)上部的前后两侧面与外壳(10)内壁的前后两侧面相抵靠,在阻尼器(8)的下部设有弧形凹槽(85),所述第一转轴(3)插在弧形凹槽(85)中,阻尼器(8)的左端面与双脚扭簧(7)相抵靠从而使阻尼器(8)定位的安装在外壳(10)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有二段力的门铰链,其特征在于在所述阻尼器(8)的前后两侧设有导向槽(82),在所述导向座(9)的前后两侧设有导向插块(92),所述导向插块(92)插设在对应的导向槽(82)中从而使导向座(9)在阻尼器(8)上定向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有二段力的门铰链,其特征在于在所述阻尼器(8)的前后两侧设有凹陷的避让位(83),所述双脚扭簧(7)的两个脚(71)位于避让位(83)中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有二段力的门铰链,其特征在于所述阻尼器(8)是自弹式阻尼器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有二段力的门铰链,其特征在于所述双脚扭簧(7)上的定位结构是双脚扭簧上的顶柱(72),在所述阻尼器(8)上设有第二凹槽(81),所述第二凹槽(81)与外壳(10)内壁的顶面配合形成安装插槽,所述顶柱(72)插入安装插槽中从而使双脚扭簧(7)定位。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有二段力的门铰链,其特征在于在所述弧形抵靠位(51)的右端部设有便于双脚扭簧(7)向下摆动的第一凹槽(53),所述双脚扭簧(7)的脚可抵靠在对应的第一凹槽(53)中。
