前記肌面側シート及び前記非肌面側シートの一方を構成する第1ウェブを連続して搬送する工程と、
前記レッグ伸縮部を構成する弾性部材を連続した状態で前記製品長手方向に伸長させる工程と、
伸長状態の前記弾性部材を前記製品幅方向に沿って切断する工程と、
切断状態の前記弾性部材を前記第1ウェブに接着剤を介して貼付する工程と、
前記肌面側シート及び前記非肌面側シートの他方を構成する第2ウェブを、前記第1ウェブ及び前記弾性部材に接着剤を介して接着する工程と、を備える、使い捨ておむつの製造方法。 - 前胴回り域と、後胴回り域と、前記前胴回り域と前記後胴回り域との間に位置する股下域とを有し、
前記前胴回り域から前記後胴回り域に向かう製品長手方向と、前記製品長手方向と直交する製品幅方向と、を備え、
着用者の肌当接面側に配置される肌面側シートと、前記肌面側シートの非肌当接面側に配置される非肌面側シートと、前記肌面側シートと前記非肌面側シートとの間に配置され、前記股下域を跨ぎ、かつ前記股下域から前記前胴回り域及び前記後胴回り域のうち少なくともいずれか一方に向かって延びる吸収体と、前記吸収体よりも前記製品幅方向外側に設けられた脚回り開口部に沿って配置され、前記製品長手方向に沿って伸縮可能なレッグ伸縮部と、を備える使い捨ておむつの製造方法であって、
前記肌面側シート及び前記非肌面側シートの一方を構成する第1ウェブを連続して搬送する工程と、
前記レッグ伸縮部を構成する弾性部材を前記製品幅方向に沿って切断する工程と、
切断状態の前記弾性部材を前記製品長手方向に伸長させる工程と、
伸長状態の前記弾性部材を前記第1ウェブに接着剤を介して貼付する工程と、
前記肌面側シート及び前記非肌面側シートの他方を構成する第2ウェブを、前記第1ウェブ及び前記弾性部材に接着剤を介して接着する工程と、を備える、使い捨ておむつの製造方法。
