室外機Aは、通常、ビル等の建物の外の空間(たとえば、屋上等)に配置され、中継機Bを介して室内機C~Eに冷熱または温熱を供給するものである。ただし、室外機Aは、室外に設置される場合に限らず、たとえば換気口付の機械室等の囲まれた空間に設置してもよく、排気ダクトで廃熱を建物の外に排気することができるのであれば建物の内部に設置してもよく、あるいは、水冷式の室外機Aを用いて建物の内部に設置するようにしてもよい。どのような場所に室外機Aを設置するとしても、特段の問題が発生することはない。
中継機Bは、たとえば建物の内部ではあるが室内空間とは別の空間である天井裏等の空間に設置され、室外機Aから供給される冷熱又は温熱を室内機C~Eに伝達するものである。ただし、中継機Bは、その他、エレベーター等がある共用空間等に設置することも可能である。
室内機C~Eは、それぞれ室内などの空調対象空間に空調空気を供給できる位置に設置され、中継機Bを介して伝達された室外機Aからの冷熱又は温熱により空調対象空間に冷房空気又は暖房空気を供給するものである。室内機C~Eには、それぞれ室内熱交換器5および第1流量制御装置(室内側流量制御装置)9が内蔵されている。室内機C~Eに応じて、室内熱交換器5および第1流量制御装置9にもc~eの符号を割り当てている。
従来から、室外熱交換器の熱交換量は、上述の特許文献1に記載のように、熱交換器を分割し、各熱交換器に電磁弁などの開閉弁を設置し、開閉弁の開閉により熱交換器の伝熱面積を変化させて制御することが多い。それに対し、空気調和装置100では、インジェクションのための中圧を制御する第4流量制御装置22、および室外熱交換器3の熱交換量を制御する第6流量制御装置26には連続的に流路抵抗を変化できるものを用い、室外熱交換器3に流入する冷媒の流量を調整することで室外熱交換器の熱交換量制御を行うようにしている。
図2は、R410AとR32とHFO1234yfの混合冷媒、R32とHFO1234zeの混合冷媒のR32の比率に対しての吐出温度の計算結果を示す。図2を参照しながら、圧縮機1へのインジェクションが必要な場合について検討する。この図2では、横軸がR32比率[wt%]を、縦軸が吐出温度[℃]を、それぞれ表している。また、圧縮機吸入の蒸発温度5℃、凝縮温度45℃、吸入SH3℃、圧縮機1の断熱効率を65%と仮定している。
次に、この空気調和装置100が実行する各種運転時の運転動作について説明する。空気調和装置100の運転動作には、冷房運転、暖房運転、冷房主体運転および暖房主体運転の4つのモードがある。
ここでは、室内機C、D、Eの全てが冷房をしようとしている場合について説明する。冷房を行なう場合、四方切替弁2を、圧縮機1から吐出された冷媒を室外熱交換器3へ流入させるように切り替える。また、室内機C、D、Eに接続された電磁弁8c、8d、8eは開口され、8f、8g、8hは閉止される。図3は、この冷房運転での冷媒の変遷を表すP-h線図である。
外気温度が高い場合や、室内温度が低い場合などでは、冷媒の圧縮比が大きくなり、インジェクションをしないと吐出温度が高くなってしまう。このようなときの空気調和装置100の動作について説明する。図4は、この冷房運転での冷媒の変遷を表すP-h線図である。なお、主流部における冷媒の流れについては、上述した冷房運転、インジェクションをしない場合と同様であるため省略する。
ここでは、室内機C、D、Eの全てが暖房をしようとしている場合について説明する。暖房運転を行なう場合、四方切替弁2を、圧縮機1から吐出された冷媒を第1分岐部10へ流入させるように切り替える。また、室内機C、D、Eに接続された電磁弁8c、8d、8eは閉止され、8f、8g、8hは開口される。図5は、この暖房運転での冷媒の変遷を表すP-h線図である。
外気温度が低く暖房能力が必要な場合や、圧縮機1の前後の圧縮比が大きくなり、インジェクションをしないと吐出温度が高くなる場合の空気調和装置100の動作について説明する。図6は、この暖房運転での冷媒の変遷を表すP-h線図である。なお、主流部における冷媒の流れについては、上述した暖房運転、インジェクションをしない場合と基本的に同様であるため省略する。
ここでは、室内機C、Dが冷房を、室内機Eが暖房をしている場合について説明する。この場合、四方切替弁2を、圧縮機1から吐出された冷媒を室外熱交換器3へ流入させるように切り替える。また、室内機C、D、Eに接続された電磁弁8c、8d、8hは開口され、8f、8g、8eは閉止される。図7は、この冷房主体運転での冷媒の変遷を表すP-h線図である。
冷媒の圧縮比が大きくなり、インジェクションをしないと吐出温度が高くなる場合の空気調和装置100の動作について説明する。図8は、この冷房主体運転での冷媒の変遷を表すP-h線図である。なお、主流部における冷媒の流れについてはインジェクションをしない場合と基本的に同様であるため省略する。
ここでは、室内機Cが冷房を、室内機D、Eが暖房をしている場合について説明する。この場合、四方切替弁2を、圧縮機1から吐出された冷媒を第1分岐部10へ流入させるように切り替える。また、室内機C、D、Eに接続された電磁弁8f、8d、8eは閉止され、8c、8g、8hは開口される。また、冷房を行う室内機Cと室外熱交換器3の圧力差を低減するため、流量制御装置22は全開または第2冷媒配管7の蒸発圧力が飽和温度換算で0℃程度になるように制御されている。図9は、この暖房主体運転での冷媒の変遷を表すP-h線図である。
冷媒の圧縮比が大きくなり、インジェクションをしないと吐出温度が高くなる場合の空気調和装置100の動作について説明する。図10は、この暖房主体運転での冷媒の変遷を表すP-h線図である。なお、主流部における冷媒の流れについてはインジェクションをしない場合と同様であるため省略する。
ここで、室外熱交換器3に着霜し、デフロスト運転を行う場合について検討する。効率よくデフロストを行うには、外気温度と冷媒の温度の温度差を小さくし、放熱を防ぐこと、デフロスト時間を短くして外気に放熱する時間を短くすることが必要である。特にR32やR32とHFO1234yf、HFO1234ze冷媒の混合冷媒は、R410A冷媒の場合に比べて吐出温度が上がるため、インジェクションにより吐出温度を低減し、冷媒流量を増大させてデフロスト能力を向上させることが有効である。
上記の通り、空気調和装置100では運転モードに関わらず流量制御装置(第4流量制御装置22、第6流量制御装置26)による圧力損失の影響を抑えつつ、室外熱交換器3の熱交換量制御、およびインジェクション制御を行うことができ、圧縮機1の吐出温度を低減して、圧縮機1が信頼性の高い状態で運転することができる。
最後に、空気調和装置100の構成要素である圧縮機1などのアクチュエーターの制御について検討する。空気調和装置100には、上述したように、冷媒の吐出圧力を測定する圧力計51、吸入圧力を測定する圧力計52、中圧を測定する圧力計53、冷媒の吐出温度を測定する温度計54が備えられている。なお、圧力計53の代わり温度計を設置して、測定された飽和温度から圧力換算して推算してもよい。
図17は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る空気調和装置200の冷媒回路構成の一例を示す概略回路構成図である。図17に基づいて、空気調和装置200について説明する。なお、この実施の形態2では上述した実施の形態1との相違点を中心に説明するものとし、冷媒回路構成など実施の形態1と同一の箇所については説明を割愛するものとする。また、空気調和装置200が実行する各運転モード、および各運転モードでの制御については、実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置100と同様であるため説明を省略する。
図18は、本発明の実施の形態3に係る空気調和装置300の冷媒回路構成の一例を示す概略回路構成図である。図18に基づいて、空気調和装置300について説明する。なお、この実施の形態3では上述した実施の形態1および実施の形態2との相違点を中心に説明するものとし、冷媒回路構成など実施の形態1および実施の形態2と同一の箇所については説明を割愛するものとする。また、空気調和装置300が実行する各運転モード、および各運転モードでの制御については、実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置100と同様であるため説明を省略する。
図20は、本発明の実施の形態4に係る空気調和装置500の冷媒回路構成の一例を示す概略回路構成図である。図20に基づいて、空気調和装置500について説明する。なお、この実施の形態4では上述した実施の形態1~3との相違点を中心に説明するものとし、冷媒回路構成など実施の形態1~3と同一の箇所については説明を割愛するものとする。また、空気調和装置500が実行する各運転モード、および各運転モードでの制御については、実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置100と同様であるため説明を省略する。
図21は、本発明の実施の形態5に係る空気調和装置600の冷媒回路構成の一例を示す概略回路構成図である。図21に基づいて、空気調和装置600について説明する。なお、この実施の形態5では上述した実施の形態1~4との相違点を中心に説明するものとし、冷媒回路構成など実施の形態1~4と同一の箇所については説明を割愛するものとする。また、空気調和装置600が実行する各運転モード、および各運転モードでの制御については、実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置100と同様であるため説明を省略する。
Claims (9)
- 冷媒の圧縮途中にインジェクション配管を介して中圧の冷媒を注入できる圧縮機と、
室外熱交換器と、
前記室外熱交換器の接続を切り替える流路切替装置と、
前記圧縮機へのインジェクション流量を制御するインジェクション流量制御装置と、
前記圧縮機へインジェクションするための中圧を生成する室外側流量制御装置と、
前記室外側流量制御装置と並列となるように前記室外熱交換器をバイパスするバイパス配管に設置され、前記室外側流量制御装置とともに前記室外熱交換器の熱交換量を制御するバイパス流量制御装置と、
室内熱交換器と、
前記室内熱交換器への冷媒流量を調整する室内側流量制御装置と、を備え、
前記圧縮機、前記室外熱交換器、前記流路切替装置、前記インジェクション流量制御装置、前記室外側流量制御装置、前記バイパス流量制御装置を室外機に内蔵し、
前記室内熱交換器、前記室内側流量制御装置を室内機に内蔵し、
前記室内機を前記室外機に対して並列に複数接続した
ことを特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 前記室外機と前記室内機との間に介在し、
前記室内機がそれぞれ冷房または暖房を行うように冷媒流路を切り替えて冷暖房混在運転を可能にした中継機を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記室外側流量制御装置および前記バイパス流量制御装置による前記室外熱交換器の熱交換量の制御と、
前記室外側流量制御装置、前記バイパス流量制御装置および前記インジェクション流量制御装置による前記圧縮機へのインジェクション流量の制御と、を所定の条件に応じて切り替える
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気調和装置。 - 外気温度、室内温度、前記室内機の冷暖房の運転台数、前記空気調和装置内の圧力、温度、前記圧縮機の周波数のうち少なくとも1つの運転データに応じて、前記室外熱交換器の熱交換量の制御と、前記圧縮機へのインジェクション流量の制御と、を切り替える
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記室外熱交換器が凝縮器として動作する場合と、蒸発器として動作する場合とに関わらず、前記室外熱交換器内を流れる冷媒の流動方向が一定方向となるようにしている
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記室外側流量制御装置および前記バイパス流量制御装置を連続的に流路抵抗が変化できるもので構成し、
前記熱交換量制御は、
前記室外熱交換器に流入する冷媒の流量を連続的に変化させることにより行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 熱源用の冷媒として、ジフルオロメタン、またはジフルオロメタンおよびテトラフルオロプロパンを含みジフルオロメタンの質量比率が15%以上の混合冷媒を用いた
ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記圧縮機へのインジェクション流量の制御は、
前記圧縮機から吐出される冷媒の吐出温度が110℃を超えないように制御される
ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記室外熱交換器が蒸発器として動作する運転モードにおいて、
冷房を行う室内機がない場合と、少なくとも1台の室内機が冷房を行っている場合で、中圧の目標値が異なる
ことを特徴とする請求項2、請求項2に従属する請求項3~8のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和装置。
