図1は本発明の要部の説明図であり、10はボルト、20はこのボルト10が螺合されるめねじ部21が形成されたナット本体である。図1ではボルト10はおねじ部11の先端部分のみが図示されているが、従来品と同様に頭部と軸部とを備えたボルトである。このボルト10のおねじ部11は標準的なねじ山形状を備えたものであり、そのおねじ外径はd、おねじ谷径はd1である。

Claims (2)
- おねじ外径d、おねじ谷径d1のおねじ部を持つボルトが螺合されるナットであって、
ナット本体に形成されためねじ部のボルト挿入側の端部に、内径寸法Dが(d+d1)/2よりも大きく、dよりも小さい不完全めねじ部を1ピッチ以上形成したことを特徴とする焼付き防止ナット。 - 不完全めねじ部を、1~4ピッチにわたり形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の焼付き防止ナット。
