Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour usiner une surface et le bord d'une lentille, et notamment une ébauche de verre de lunette dans un élément de serrage. Ce dispositif comprend un premier arbre de maintien qui se présente sous la forme d'un arbre creux et peut coulisser en direction de son axe longitudinal de façon à pouvoir être appliqué, lors de l'usinage de surface, sur la (première) surface ne devant pas être usiné dans l'élément de serrage. Ce dispositif comprend également un deuxième arbre de maintien placé, uniquement lors de l'usinage du bord, sur la deuxième surface préalablement usinée; un troisième arbre de maintien qui est monté dans le premier arbre de maintien en forme d'arbre creux et qui serre, avec le deuxième arbre creux, la lentille lors de l'usinage du bord; et une unité qui produit une dépression dans l'espace compris entre le troisième arbre de maintien et le premier arbre de maintien, cette dépression plaquant et maintenant la lentille à usiner sur la surface d'appui au moins du premier arbre de maintien.
