Abstract

L'invention concerne un bouchon (10) conçu pour fermer hermétiquement un tube à essai biologique destiné à être utilisé dans un analyseur automatisé. Le bouchon comporte une jupe (22) formant la paroi latérale de celui-ci, présentant des filets (24) sur sa surface intérieure, et comprenant un sommet ouvert doté d'un rebord (26) s'étendant vers l'intérieur. Il comprend également une partie supérieure (30) en matériau élastomère souple auto-étanchéifiant scellé à la jupe par emboîtement avec le rebord s'étendant vers l'intérieur. La partie supérieure peut également présenter, à proximité de sa périphérie, une surface d'étanchement s'étendant vers le haut (48) définissant une cavité qui peut être isolée de manière étanche à l'environnement extérieur lorsque ladite surface vient en contact avec une surface plane. L'invention porte également sur un tube à essai (12) qui présente une paroi latérale (14) généralement cylindrique doté d'un sommet ouvert (16) et d'un fond, des filets (19) étant prévus à l'extérieur de la paroi, à proximité du sommet. Le tube comprend également un élément de séparation conique (20) contenant l'échantillon situé à l'intérieur du tube, à mi-chemin entre le sommet et le fond.
