Description
本發明有關一種萊奧塞(Lyocell)纖維。
萊奧塞類纖維係藉由溶劑紡絲法製造,其中將纖維素直接溶於水性三級胺-氧化物中而不形成衍生物,且將該溶液紡絲。此等纖維也被稱為"溶劑紡絲"纖維。"萊奧塞"為BISFA(The International Bureau for the Standardization of man made fibres,人造纖維國際標準局)為藉由將纖維素溶於有機溶劑中而不形成衍生物且藉由乾-溼紡絲法或熔噴法由該溶液擠出纖維所製造之纖維素纖維所指定的類名。有關於此,有機溶劑應理解為有機化學品與水之混合物。現在,N-甲基嗎啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)係用作商業規模的有機溶劑。

有關於此,EP 1 259 264 B1揭示含有海生植物或海生動物殼的材料之萊奧塞纖維。作為海生植物,提及貽貝。然而,貽貝的殼含有所有沈積在殼外側(即與水接觸的一側)上之污染物。
CN 1772980 A揭示含有珍珠粉之黏膠纖維。
而且CN 1450212 A揭示含有珍珠粉之纖維。然而,CN 1450212 A中提及的纖維為非纖維素合成纖維。
珍珠粉(即磨碎的珍珠)長期以來由促進健康與美容之中藥而眾所周知且,因此,係用於化粧品中。此材料主要由CaCO3及蛋白質構成。
製造黏膠纖維及,尤其是,製造非纖維素合成纖維之製造方法與製造萊奧塞纖維之製造方法顯著不同。尤其是,在黏膠方法中為了製造紡絲溶液必須使用不利於環境之各種物質。再者,這些纖維類型之製造方法係在不利於該珍珠粉組份之條件下進行且因此會分別降低產率及使產物性質變差。將珍珠粉加入非纖維素合成纖維會造成該粉末的低生物利用率,因為該粉末係包裹在纖維內且,由於此等纖維的疏水性,故與環境僅有有限的交換。在該黏膠方法中,另一方面,在含有H2SO4之酸沈澱浴中沈澱纖維會損及珍珠粉中所含之CaCO3。然而,CaCO3係部分被溶解,而且預期必定有部分以CaSO4的形式沈澱。
再者,各種不同纖維類型的性質彼此顯著不同。
本發明之目的在於提供純珍珠材料係以高生物利用率存在於其中之纖維且其中該纖維可以儘可能保有該珍珠材料之方法製造。
此目的係藉由一種萊奧塞纖維予以解決,該萊奧塞纖維含有選自由珍珠粉、磨碎珍珠層及其混合物所構成之群組的材料。
根據本發明之纖維,因此,分別含有珍珠或珍珠層之高純度材料。珍珠及珍珠層分別僅由面向軟體動物之最內層(稱為下角層(hypostracum)構成。95%之下角層係由具有500奈米厚度且展現文石晶形之碳酸鈣的擬六方晶系板片構成。該板片係埋在蛋白質及甲殼素之有機基質中。珍珠基本上由具有80至95%的量之CaCO3(其係以文石晶形存在),還有少量方解石的珍珠層構成(http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perle;http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/perlmutt)。形成於貽貝(殼)內部之珍珠-對比於整個貽貝殼-係在受保護免於環境不利的影響下成長,因此不含有污染物。

磨珍珠及/或珍珠層而製造。
如眾所周知的是,製造萊奧塞纖維之方法,對比於製造黏膠纖維之方法,並非以事先的衍生作用為基礎且可以對環境好的方式進行。
製造本發明之萊奧塞纖維的方法,因此,包含下列步驟- 製造纖維素在水性三級胺氧化物(較佳為N-甲基嗎啉-N-氧化物(NMMO))中的紡絲溶液,及- 將該紡絲溶液紡成纖維,且其特徵為將選自由珍珠粉、磨碎珍珠層及其混合物所構成之群組的材料混入該紡絲溶液及/或其前驅物中。
有關該紡絲溶液之"前驅物",應了解其為用於製造該紡絲溶液之起始與中間材料,尤其是- 所用之起始纖維素材料,例如木漿- 所用之溶劑(水性三級胺氧化物,後文中以術語"NMMO"用作所有適用之胺氧化物之簡稱)- 該起始纖維素材料與該溶劑NMMO之混合物,尤其是該纖維素在水性NMMO中之懸浮液,溶液可由該混合物起始製成。
珍珠及/或珍珠層之材料的混入量較佳可以纖維素為基準計為0.1重量%至5重量%。典型之產率損失可觀察到5至30%,尤其是僅約10%。

10微米。
在分別被混入該懸浮液或其前驅物之前,該粉末較佳可經轉化為水性懸浮液的形式。然後將此懸浮液混合。
本發明進一步有關本發明萊奧塞纖維的用途,其係在紡織品及/或非織物化粧品中用作具有美容效果之產物。
珍珠粉已被認為對於軟化皮膚,再生皮膚細胞,抑制黑色素合成及因而抑制老人斑形成係有效的,而且有時候具有抗氧化作用。作用範圍可歸因於生物可利用必需胺基酸及微量元素之局部應用。
有關作為化粧品之用途,已顯示在奈米區(40至80奈米)之粒子大小與在微米大小之粒子相比,會提高Ca與胺基酸類透過皮膚的吸收速度(http://www.karipearl.com/medicine.html)。
必需胺基酸類、礦物質化合物、微量元素及大量鈣之各別純度與特定組成使該珍珠與珍珠層對皮膚尤其有價值。
併入該萊奧塞纖維之珍珠及/或珍珠層的材料能經由緩慢釋放作用以小劑量穩定釋放礦物質化合物、必需胺基酸類及鈣給皮膚。由此,持續供應這些微量營養素給皮膚。
本發明纖維可藉由將0.5至5%之磨碎珍珠(後文中
指的是"Nano Pearl Powder")混入萊奧塞紡絲原液且藉由運用常見紡絲參數將該原液紡成絲。據發現該混合作用對於該紡絲原液之安定性沒有明顯影響。
依下述方式將3重量%(以纖維素重量為基準計)之Nano Pearl Powder混入紡絲原液:將0.78克Nano Pearl Powder(製造廠商:Messrs.Fenix,據產物資訊的粒子大小:40奈米至80奈米)在超音波浴中混入5毫升去離子水中成為漿液。
為了製造該溶液,先將約50%水性NMMO以習知方式與安定劑(0.1%)混合。之後將Nano Pearl Powder漿液混入且最後添加木漿。在室溫及250毫巴下混合該混合物1小時然後加熱至70℃。之後以習知方式藉由蒸發水分而製造溶液。將該溶液再加熱一些時間。所得之溶液為光學澄清且不含>3微米之粒子。
該溶液含有77% NMMO、13%纖維素、10%水、0.1%安定劑(全都以該溶液的重量為基準計)及3重量% Nano-Pearl-Powder(以纖維素的重量為基準計)。
藉由Davenport紡絲裝置以習知方式經由在115℃下之紡嘴且透過空氣間隙將該溶液紡絲。所用之紡嘴具有100微米之洞直徑。
所製造之纖維係以習知方式清洗並切割。
所得之纖維具有1.35分德士(dtex)之細度且展現令人滿意的韌度性質。
分析原料(Nano Pearl Powder)及由該原料所製造之纖維得到下列結果:
製造具有下示組成之紡絲溶液:
13%木漿
10.5% H2O
76.5% NMMO
3% Nano Pearl Powder(以纖維素重量為基準計)。
該紡絲溶液還含有習知安定劑。
藉由Ultra Turrax T 50混合器先將該Nano Pearl Powder分散在78% NMMO中。然後添加木漿,製備懸浮液,且由該懸浮液以習知方式製造溶液。
製成之溶液係於120℃之紡絲溫度下紡成絲。所得之纖維具有1.35分德士之細度且展現令人滿意的韌度性質。
所用之Nano Pearl Powder含有40%鈣。在清洗浴中損失的鈣量經測定為12.7%。
Claims (10)
- 一種萊奧塞(Lyocell)纖維,其含有選自由珍珠粉、磨碎珍珠層及其混合物所構成之群組的材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之萊奧塞纖維,其中該材料之存在量以纖維為基準計為0.07重量%至5重量%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之萊奧塞纖維,其中該材料具有0.04至1.5微米的平均粒子大小。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之萊奧塞纖維,其中該材料具有0.4至1.0微米的平均粒子大小。
- 一種製造申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項的萊奧塞纖維之方法,其包含下列步驟- 製造纖維素在水性三級胺氧化物(較佳為N-甲基嗎啉-N-氧化物(NMMO))中的紡絲溶液- 將該紡絲溶液紡成纖維,其特徵為將選自由珍珠粉、磨碎珍珠層及其混合物所構成之群組的材料混入該紡絲溶液及/或其前驅物中。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項之方法,其中該材料之混入量以纖維素為基準計為0.1重量%至5重量%。
- 如申請專利範圍第5或6項之方法,其中該材料係以具有0.04至1.5微米之平均粒子大小的粉末形式使用。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之方法,其中該材料係以具有0.4至1.0微米之平均粒子大小的粉末形式使用。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之方法,其中該粉末係在分別被混入該紡絲溶液或其前驅物之前,轉化為水性懸浮液 的形式。
- 一種申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之萊奧塞纖維的用途,其係在紡織品及/或非織物化粧品中用作具有美容效果之產物。
