Claims (21)

1. Способ экстракции полифенольных фракций Camellia sinensis, содержащих не более, чем 0.2% по весу кофеина, включающий: а) экстракцию растительной биомассы водно-спиртовыми или водно-кетонными смесями; б) полное или частичное упаривание растворителя экстракции; в) суспендирование остатка в водной смеси 30-60% по объему метанола; г) экстракцию гидрометанольной суспензии хлорированными растворителями; д) фильтрование нерастворимых остатков и концентрирование гидрометанольной фазы; е) подкисление при необходимости органическими кислотами; ж) экстракцию концентрированной гидрометанольной фазы и при необходимости подкисление растворителями, выбранными из алифатических сложных эфиров, спиртов или кетонов при условии, что они не смешиваются с гидрометанольной смесью; з) добавление при необходимости ароматического или алифатического углеводорода с последующим промыванием разбавленными водными растворами минеральных кислот; и) концентрирование несмешивающейся водно-органической фазы и ее разбавление хлорированными растворителями; к) при отсутствии стадий е) и з) обработка сульфоновыми смолами в сухих алифатических кетонах или спиртах.1.
