Abstract
Procedeu de preparare a unor s-triazine cu actiune erbicida cu formula generala I: (vezi form. in desc.) în care R1 reprezinta alchil C2-C8, cicloalchil C5-C8 norbonil, metilcicloahexil, fenil sau clor-fenil, R3 reprezinta hidrogen sau metil, R4 reprezinta alchil C1-C4 si X reprezinta oxigen sau sulf, cu conditia ca, atunci cînd X reprezinta sulf, R3 reprezinta metil, caracterizat prin aceea ca se trateaza metoxicarbonilcianamida cu un agent de metilare cu formula generala II:(vezi form. in desc.)în care Z reprezinta iod sau o grupa -O-SO2-OCH3, pentru a obtine N-metoxicarbonil-N-metil-cianamida, care se grateaza cu o amina cu formula generala III: (vezi form. in desc.) sub forma de sulfat sau clorhidrat în care R3 si R4 au semnificatiile de mai sus, pentru a obtine o guanidina cu formula generala IV:(vezi form. in desc.) sub forma de sulfat sau clorhidrat, în care R1, R3, R4 si X au semnificatiile de mai sus, reactia avînd loc în solutie apoasa.....Process for the preparation of herbicidal s-triazine derivatives of the general formula I: (wherein R 1 represents C 2 -C 8 alkyl, C 5 -C 8 cycloalkyl, methylcyclohexyl, phenyl or chlorophenyl, R 3 represents hydrogen or methyl, R 4 represents C 1 -C 4 alkyl and X represents oxygen or sulfur, with the proviso that when X represents sulfur, R 3 represents methyl, characterized in that the methoxycarbonylcyanamide is treated with a methylation agent of the general formula II: in which Z represents iodine or a group -O-SO2-OCH3, to obtain N-methoxycarbonyl-N-methyl-cyanamide, which is cleaved with an amine of general formula III: ) in the form of a sulfate or a hydrochloride in which R3 and R4 are as defined above to obtain a guanidine of general formula IV: (in the form as shown) as the sulfate or hydrochloride salt, wherein R1, R3, R4 and X are as defined above, the reaction being carried out in aqueous solution .....
