Abstract

본 발명은 신규의 교차-결합 중합체 발포 조성물 및 이들의 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 상기 신규의 조성물은 새로운 교차-결합된 폴리올레핀 공중합체를 이용하고 종래의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 조성물에 비하여 강도, 질감, 유연성, 열 저항성 및 열-봉합 온도 범위에 있어서 진보됨을 보였다. 상기 신규 조성물은 또한 선형의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 보다 가공상 진보성을 보여준다. 필수적으로 선형인 신규의 폴리올레핀은 적어도 하나의 알파-불포화 C3 내지 C20 올레핀계 공단량체 그리고 선택적으로 적어도 하나의 C3 내지 C20폴리엔과 중합된 에틸렌으로 구성되고, 교차-결합되지 않은 상태로 약 0.86g/㎤ 내지 0.96g/㎤ 범위의 수지 밀도, 약 0.5dg/min 내지 100dg/min 범위의 용융지수, 약 1.5 내지 3.5범위의 분자량 분포 및 약 46% 이상의 조성물 분포 넓이 지수를 나타낸다.

Claims (22)

  1. (ⅰ)약 0.86g/㎤ 내지 0.96g/㎤ 범위의 수지 밀도, (ⅱ)약 0.5dg/min 내지 100dg/min 범위의 용융 지수, (ⅲ)약 1.5 내지 3.5 범위의 분자량 분포, 및 (ⅳ)약 45% 이상의 조성물 분포 넓이 지수에 의하여 특징 지워지는 공중합체를 제조하도록 C3 내지 C20알파-불포화 에틸렌 단량체로 에틸렌을 공중합시키고; 조성물 내에 교차-결합을 유도하고; 그 조성물을 팽창시키는 단계로 구성된 발포성 물질의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가 적어도 하나 이상의 C3 내지 C20폴리엔으로 중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가 실질적으로 긴-사슬 곁가지가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
