The letter plate (1) of copper or aluminium is cut with laser beam for openings of letter shapes as arranged for the designated cuts of the movie film, and the same plate may be repeatingly used for 15-120 cuts at the speed of 50-100 cuts/sec for clear and clean cut letters.
