본문에 상술한 바와 같이 형광등 안정기를 구성함에 있어서 POWER MOS FET는 대전류 고주파 40KHZ FET 증폭회로를 사용하되, 전원부의 직류 안정화를 위항 (가)와 (나)회로에서 나온 직류분을 사인파로 바꾸기 위한 AC펄스회로 (다)와 고주파 전력증폭 POWER MOS FET 회로 및 40 (KHZ)고주파 드라이브회로 (마)와 발진트랜스포머를 제거한 집적회로를 구성하여 상호유도 잡음제거가 이루어지게 하고 안정성의 발진부회로 (바)와 (사) 부분의 형광등 필라멘트에는 안정화된 전압을 일정하게 공급하여 인덕터(L1), 콘덴서(C10)에 의한 직렬공진회로를 채택하여 40(KHZ)의 고주파 대역에서 형광등을 점등시킬 수 있게함을 특징으로 하는 형광등 안정기 회로.As described above, the POWER MOS FET uses a high-current high-frequency 40KHZ FET amplification circuit in the construction of fluorescent ballasts.
