Claims (2)
- 제어축의 위치결정을 수치제어에 의해 행하는 수치제어 이송장치에 있어서, 제어축의 지령속도를 가변적으로 증폭하여 제2의 속도제어신호를 출력하는 증폭수단과, 상기 제어축의 추종오차에 따른 제1의 속도제어신호에 상기 제2의 속도제어신호를 가하는 속도제어수단과, 상기 증폭수단의 증폭율을 상기 공작물의 가공형상, 가공속도, 절삭량 등의 가공조건에 따라서 변화시키는 증폭율 제어수단과를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 수치제어 이송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증폭수단은 상기 제어축의 지령속도로부터 가속도 성분을 연산하고, 그 가속도 성분을 가변적으로 증폭하여 얻어진 신호분만큼 상기 제2의 속도제어신호를 보정하는 가속도 보정수단을 구비하고, 상기 증폭율 제어수단은 상기 가공조건에 따라서 상기 가속도 성분의 증폭율을 변화시키는 가속도 성분 증폭율 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 수치제어 이송장치.※ 참고사항 ; 최초출원 내용에 의해 공개하는 것임.
