Claims (6)
- 일반식(2) :의 화합물과 이들의 약제학상 허용 가능한 염의 제조방법.여기서 할(Hal)은 할로겐원자이고; R5은 아미노그룹이거나 생체내에서 아미노로 전환할 수 있는 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 이들의 유도체이고; R6는 C1-5알킬렌그룹이고; R7은 3-피리딜; N-옥소-3-피리딜; 6-메틸-3-피리딜; N-옥소-6-메틸-3-피리딜; 6-하이드록시메틸-3-피리딜; 4,6-디메틸-3-피리딜; N-옥소-4,6-디메틸-3-피리딜; 6-하이드록시메틸-4-메틸-3-피리딜; 5,6-디메틸-3-피리딜; N-옥소-5,6-디메틸-3-피리딜; 6-하이드록시-메틸-5-메틸-3-피리딜; 4-피리딜 혹은 N-옥소-4-피리딜이다.본 발명은 다음을 포함한다.화합물들은 Hal과 R6는 일반식(2)에 관하여 정의한 바와같고 R8는 아미노이거나 보호된 아미노그룹인 일반식(3)의 화합물;이나 이들의 염을, 일반식(4)의 화합물;과 반응시키는 것.여기에서 R7은 일반식(2)에 관하여 정의한 바와같고 R9는 아민으로 치환될 수 있는 그룹이며, 그후에는 R7은 그와같이 얻어진 일반식(2)의 화합물을, R6이 6-하이드록시메틸-3-피리딜; 6-하이드록시메틸-4-메틸-3-피리딜; 혹은 6-하이드록시메틸-5-메틸-3-피리딜인 일반식(2)의 대응하는 화합물로 전환하며 필요에 따라 R8그룹을 R5그룹으로 전환하고 임의로 그렇게 얻어진 대응하는 일반식(2)의 화합물을 약제학상 허용 가능한 염으로 전환하는 N-옥소-6-메틸-3-피리딜; N-옥소-4,6-디메틸-3-피리딜; 혹은 N-옥소-5,6-디메틸-3-피리딜이다.일반식(2)의 화합물은 또한 Hal, R6및 R8가 일반식(3)에 관하여 정의된 바와같은 일반식(9)의 구아니딘;을 R7이 일반식(4)에 관하여 정의된 바와같고, R10이 C1-4알킬(특히 에틸)벤질혹은 페닐인 일반식(10)의 화합물;과 반응시켜서 제조시키는 것.여기에서 R7은 일반식(4)에 관하여 정의된 바와같고, R10은 C1-4알킬, 벤질혹은 페닐이고 그 후에는 R7이 그렇게 얻어진 일반식(2)의 화합물을 R7이 6-하이드록시메틸-3-피리딜; 6-하이드록시메틸-4-메틸-3-피리딜; 이나 6-하이드록시메틸-5-메틸-3-피리딜은 일반식(2)의 상응하는 화합물로 전환하고 임의로 그와같이 수득한 일반식(2)의 화합물을 약제상 허용 가능한 염으로 전환하는 N-옥소-6-메틸-3-피리딜, N-옥소-4,6-디메틸-3-피리딜이나 N-옥소-5,6-디메틸-3-피리딜이다.
- 일반식(3)이나 (9)의 화합물에서 Hal이 브로모인 청구범위 제1항에서 청구한 바와같은 공정.
- 일반식(3)이나 (9)의 화합물에서 R5가 아미노인 청구범위 제1항이나 제2항에서 청구한 바와같은 공정.
- 일반식(3)이나 (9)의 화합물에서 R6가 에탄-1,2-디일인 청구범위 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에서 청구한 바와같은 공정.
- 일반식(4)이나 (10)의 화합물에서 R7이 6-메틸피리드-3-일이나 N-옥소피리드-4-일인 청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에서 청구한 바와같은 공정.
- 일반식(4)의 화합물에서 R9이 니트로 아미노인 청구범위 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에서 청구한 바와같은 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
