Claims (12)
- 정극 활성 물질을 포함하는 정극, 부극 활성 물질을 포함하는 부극, 및 비수전해질을 구비하는 비수전해질 2차 전지에 있어서,상기 정극 활성 물질로서 LiCoO2에 적어도 Zr과 Mg 둘다를 함유시킨 리튬 전이 금속 복합 산화물 A와, 층상 구조를 가지며 전이 금속으로서 적어도 Mn과 Ni 둘다를 함유하는 리튬 전이 금속 복합 산화물 B를 혼합하여 사용하고, 또한 상기 비수전해질에 비닐렌카르보네이트 및 디비닐술폰이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수전해질에 1,4-부탄디올디메탄술포네이트가 더 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐렌카르보네이트의 함유량이 비수전해질 전체에 대해 0.5 내지 5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디비닐술폰의 함유량이 비수전해질 전체에 대해 0.1 내지 1 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1,4-부탄디올디메탄술포네이트의 함유량이 비수전해질 전체에 대해 0.1 내지 1.5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수전해질의 용매가 환상 카르보네이트와 쇄상 카르보네이트의 혼합 용매이며, 혼합 용매 중의 환상 카르보네이트의 양이 20 내지 30부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 전이 금속 복합 산화물 A에 포함되는 Zr이, Zr 화합물로서 입자의 형태로 리튬 전이 금속 복합 산화물 A의 표면에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 전이 금속 복합 산화물 B가 화학식 LibMnsNitCouO2(여기서, b, s, t 및 u는 0≤b≤1.2, s+t+u=1, 0<s≤0.5, 0<t≤0.5, u≥0을 만족시킴)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 전이 금속 복합 산화물 B에 포함된 Mn의 양과 Ni의 양이 실질적으로 동일한 몰비인 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정극 활성 물질 중에서 리튬 전이 금속 복합 산화물 A 가 차지하는 비율이 51 내지 90 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전 종지 전압이 4.3 V인 경우의 부극 충전 용량/정극 충전 용량이 1.0 내지 1.2가 되도록 상기 정극 활성 물질 및 상기 부극 활성 물질이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전 종지 전압이 4.4 V인 경우의 부극 충전 용량/정극 충전 용량이 1.0 내지 1.2가 되도록 상기 정극 활성 물질 및 상기 부극 활성 물질이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
