상기 중앙서버의 제어를 받는 재난 발생 지역을 차단하는 차단벽과,
상기 중앙서버는 건물의 구조와 비상구, 비상계단, 감지센서, 피난유도등, 스피커, 차단벽의 위치를 저장하고 있는 데이터 저장부와; 건물의 비상구와 비상계단을 중심으로 구획을 나누고, 지진 발생시 모든 사람이 건물 외부 지상으로 대피할 수 있도록 각 그룹의 대피로와 대피지역을 구성한 그룹 지정부와; 상기 그룹 지정부의 각 그룹에 상주하는 사람명단과 각각의 휴대폰 번호를 입력시키고, 재난, 재해 발생지역과 발생내역에 따라 그 그룹의 최적의 대피로, 대피지역을 설정해 놓은 그룹저장부와; 재난, 재해 감지신호가 발생하면 그룹 저장부에서 그룹명, 발생지역, 발생내역, 대피로, 대피지역을 추출하여 메시지를 만드는 경보메시지 구성부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재해, 재난 자동 경보 및 피난 유도장치.
