Claims (15)
- 700 ㎚ 미만 파장의 가시광을 흡수하고 800 ㎚ 내지 1200 ㎚ 범위에 있는 파장의 레이저 빔을 투과시키는 레이저 빔 투과 흑색 착색제를 포함하는 제1 레이저 빔 투과 수지 부분, 및 레이저 빔 흡수 흑색 착색제를 포함하는 제2 레이저 빔 흡수 수지 부분을 포함하고, 제 1 수지 부분은 이 수지 부분을 통해 투과하고 상기 제2 수지 부분에서 흡수되는 레이저 빔에 의해 상기 제2 수지 부분에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접용 가공된 수지 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 부분이 폴리아미드 또는 폴리에스테르인 가공된 수지 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수지 부분이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리프로필렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 2,6-나프탈레이트, 폴리시클로헥산 디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 이들의 공중합체 및 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 폴리에스테르 수지인 가공된 수지 제품.
- 수지 및 레이저 빔 투과 흑색 착색제를 포함하고, 1064 ㎚ 파장의 레이저 빔에 대해 상기 흑색 착색제를 함유하는 수지 조성물의 투과율이 상기 수지 단독의 투과율과 비교되는 투과율 비 (T레이저 투과를 위한 흑색 수지/T천연 수지)가 0.5 내지 1.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔 투과에 적합한 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 940 ㎚ 파장의 레이저 빔에 대한 투과율 비가 0.5 내지 1.2인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 무기 염을 2 중량% 미만의 양으로 포함하는 상기 레이저 빔 투과 흑색 착색제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기 염을 2 중량% 미만의 양으로 포함하는 상기 레이저 빔 투과 흑색 착색제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, Ca을 5000 ppm 미만의 양으로 포함하는 상기 레이저 빔 투과 흑색 착색제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 빔 투과 흑색 착색제가 청색 염료 또는 녹색 염료와, 적색 염료 및 임의로는 황색 염료와의 블렌드인 조성물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 빔 투과 흑색 착색제가 안트라퀴논 염료를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 빔 투과 흑색 착색제가 안트라퀴논 염료인 청색 염료 또는 녹색 염료, 페리논 염료인 적색 염료 및 황색 염료의 블렌드인 조성물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 빔 투과 흑색 착색제가 모노아조 착물 염료를 포함하는 조성물.
