Abstract
PURPOSE:To execute the rotation processing of image data at a high speed by inverting the action of first and second rotation processing parts each time the reading and writing for an N memory cell are completed by a first control part. CONSTITUTION:While the first control part 1 reads rotation object image data stored in the memory cell group of a storing part 2 through a bus at one memory cell unit, the contents of the memory cell outputted to the bus by a second control part 6 are written to one side rotation processing part 4. While the first control part 1 executes the writing action to a prescribed memory cell for storing the rotation object image data of the storing part 2 through a bus, the contents of a memory cell rotation-processed by other rotation processing part 5 by the second control part 6 are written to the memory cell of the storing part 2 which is written by the first control part 1. Thus, the rotation processing of the image data is executed. The rotation processing time can be approximately equal to the time necessary for the first control part to read the contents of all memory cells of rotation object image data and to re-write this to the storing part and the high speed rotation processing of the image data can be executed.
