A変換器と、上記D/A変換器に基準電圧を供給
する基準電圧回路と、タイミング回路の制御でオ
フセツト電圧を発生しD/A変換器の出力に加算
するオフセツト回路から構成されるA/D変換回
路において、上記D/A変換器の出力にオフセツ
ト電圧を加算しないときのA/D変換値を出力す
る上記逐次比較レジスタと、上記逐次比較レジス
タの出力をタイミング回路の制御によつて蓄積す
るレジスタと、上記D/A変換器の出力にオフセ
ツト電圧を加算するときのA/D変換値を出力す
る上記逐次比較レジスタと、上記逐次比較レジス
タの出力と上記レジスタの出力をデイジタル値比
較するデイジタル型コンパレータを設けたことを
