Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a needless short circuit due to a deformation of a lead wire by a method wherein an electrode of a semiconductor element and an external connection terminal are connected by twisting a band type lead wire by one half rotation. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 16, 17 at the surface of a transistor element 15 and external connection terminals 12, 13 are connected by means of a band type lead wires 18, 19 which are twisted by one half rotation. Performing in this way, if the lead wire contracts after the connection of it, this contract can be absorbed as a rotation to the reverse direction of twist of the lead wire, accordingly, it is needless to have the lead wires loosened and a short circuit due to the deformation of the lead wire can be prevented.
