Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the easy generation of the clear signals by connecting the diode and the Zener diode of the opposite polarity to the power supply voltage to the capacitor of the integral network which is connected between the power supply line and the ground. CONSTITUTION:With make of the power supply, the voltage of power supply line 1 is turned to voltage VCC at time T1 based on the power supply and the load. And charging voltage V1 of capacitor 3 starts rising up slowly than time T1 owing to existence of resistance 2. If the Zener voltage of Zener diode 5 is denoted as VD along with the base-emitter voltage of transistor 6 as VBE respectively, diode 5 does not conduct in the period of V1<VD+VBE with transistors 6 and 8 turned off and on respectively. Then the active low clear signals are delivered to clear logic circuit 9. After this, diode 5 conducts under V1>=VD+VBE, and the clear signal becomes high on the contrary to the above. And voltage V1 is turned fianlly into voltage VCC to become steady. In such way, the clear signals can be obtained easily and in a simple constitution of the circuit.
