Abstract

PURPOSE:To rigidly abutting the opposing surfaces of magnetic half cores without adverse affect of dusts or the like and accurately set the length of interval therebetween by so inserting a linear gap spacer between the opposing surfaces in linear contact therewith. CONSTITUTION:Predetermined amount of adhesive 13 such as epoxy resin or the like is carried on the opposing surfaces 5a', 5b' of a magnetic half cores 5a, 5b, respectively, a gap spacer 14 of hard copper wire or the like of linear bar of regular circle in cross section is placed thereon, the opposing surfaces are aligned in parallel, suitable pressure is applied therebetween to abut the half cores 5a, 5b. The spacer 14 is brought into linear contact with the abutting surfaces, the adhesive 13 is extruded, and the spacer 14 is brought into close contact with the magnetic haf cores 5a, 5b with adhesive 13. Thus, it eliminates the adverse affect of the dusts or the like thereto to rigidly abut and equalize the diameter of te spacer 14 accurately in the length g of the interval therebetween.
