Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize reduction of the power consumption as well as formation of a high-density IC by introducing and delivering the common input signal lines in/from the gates of the 1st and 2nd MISFET plus the output lines in/from the middle point of the drain connection of the 5th and 6th MISFET. CONSTITUTION:The 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th MISFETQ1, Q3 and Q4 form the level shift circuits. And the relationship is shown like curves W1 and W2 between the connection middle points X1 X2 (voltage V1 and V2) and voltage VA of common input line 13 of the level shift circuits connected to the gates of Q1 and Q2. Curve W1 features value VA0 with which the saturation characteristics begins to be shown in the low range of VA; while curve W2 features the value with which the saturation characteristics begins to be shown in the high range of VA respectively. Accordingly, if signal input S1 is supplied in the state under which bias voltage VB featuring VA0 is supplied to input line 13 and in case the instantaneous voltage level of S1 varies in the positive (or negative) direction in terms of the AC signal, the voltage of X1 and X2 become lower (or higher) than V10 and V20 (voltage when VAO is applied) in accordance with the variation of the instantaneous voltage level. As a result, the function of the so-called B-class push-pull amplifier circuit is obtained between output lines 13 and 14.
