Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve integration by widening the band of a differential amplifier while facilitating phase compensation, by constituting a differential amplifying circuit by using MOS transistors (TR) in combination.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st and 2nd MOSTRs M1 and M2 are connected to a power source VDD at their drains, and their gates and sources are connected mutually. Then, the 3rd and 4th MOSTRs M3 and M4 are connected to the sources of said TRs M1 and M2 at their drains, and while their gates are connected to differential input terminals Vin1 and Vin2, their sources are connected in common. To the common-connected sources of the TRs M3 and M4, the 5th MOSTRM5 is connected, and a constant DC voltage DC is applied to the gate of the TRM5. Further, the gate and drain of the 6th MOSTRM6 are connected to the source of the TRM1, and the 7th MOSTRM7 has its drain connected to the source of the TRM2 and its gate connected to the gate of the TRM6; and the sources of the TRs M6 and M7 are grounded and an output Vout is led out of the source of the TRM2, thus widening the band width of the amplifier.
