Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the width of an electron-beam image narrow by increasing X-ray beam power without the breakdown of a target by changing a tilt angle corresponding to a deflection angle while tilting the electron-beam irradiation surface of the target to the electron-beam defelction surface.
