ーンを構成する電線を絶縁ケースの端子収容孔に予め挿
着した圧接端子の端子係止孔に貫通させて、端子の位置
決めと共に抜けを防止し、すべての圧接端子を一括して
電線に圧接することができ、組立工程が簡素化される。
圧接端子と電線の絶縁ケースへの挿着後、圧接工程への
移動に際し、圧接端子が抜け出す心配もない。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】複数の電線挿通孔又は電線配設溝を並設す
ると共に、電線挿通孔又は電線配設溝と直交して端子収
容孔を設けた絶縁ケースと、この端子収容孔に挿着され
た圧接端子であって一側に相手端子に対する電気接触部
を形成し他側にスロットを有する電線圧接部を形成した
圧接端子とを備え、電線挿通孔又は電線配設溝によって
配線された電線を圧接端子のスロットに圧入接続してな
る分岐接続器において、 前記圧接端子に端子係止孔を設けると共に、前記絶縁ケ
ースに端子係止孔と連通する貫通孔を設け、この貫通孔
に端子係止杆を差し込んで端子係止孔を貫通させ、圧接
端子の抜けおよび不完全圧接を阻止しうるようにしたこ
とを特徴とする分岐接続器。

子の端子係止孔に前記電線挿通孔を介して電線を貫挿
し、ジョイント端子を下向きに押圧してスロットに電線
を圧入接続すると共に、前記貫通孔を介してコネクタカ
バーの端子係止杆を差し込んで前記端子係止孔を貫通さ
せ、ジョイント端子の抜けおよび不完全圧接を阻止しう
るようにしたことを特徴とする分岐コネクタ。
