Therefore, spray-type antibacterial / deodorant agents using natural plant-based antibacterial agents, socks and shoe dividers containing fine powder of metallic copper have been proposed. It is small and has a short lasting effect, so it was not sufficiently satisfactory as an antibacterial / deodorant for footwear.

The characteristic glass can elute silver ions at a fixed constant rate over an arbitrary period of several hours to several years. The eluted silver ions are adsorbed on the cell walls of bacteria or microorganisms, or concentrated in the cell membrane to inhibit the growth of bacteria or microorganisms by a so-called oligodynamic effect and exert an antibacterial effect.

If the particle size exceeds 300μ, it may cause discomfort on the sole of the foot when sprayed into footwear, and it is not economically desirable because a large amount of glass powder is required to increase the powder dispersion density. This is because. On the other hand, if the particle size is smaller than 5μ, the glass powder tends to re-aggregate during storage, which makes storage management difficult. Also, the melting rate of soluble glass is 0.001
-10 wt% / Hr. This is 0.001% by weight /
Sufficient antibacterial considering that the dissolution rate of glass is less than Hr and the elution of metal ions is not sufficient due to the slow dissolution rate of glass, and that the soluble glass powder may adhere to socks or the like and come out little by little during use of footwear.・ This is because the deodorizing effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if it exceeds 10% by weight / Hr, the melting rate of the glass is too fast, so that it may become sticky in the footwear during use, and it is difficult to control during storage. The above dissolution rate was measured using 100 ml of distilled water (20
(6 ° C.), 0.6 g of glass powder was dipped in the glass, and the amount of decrease in glass weight after 1 hour was expressed.

Will be gradually eluted over a certain period of time. As a result, by the antibacterial action of silver ions, it is possible to prevent the generation of various bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus in footwear, and to completely prevent the generation of odor due to the generation of other bacteria.

Soluble glass was prepared and made into powder with a predetermined particle size. This soluble glass powder was used as a new safety shoe with a urethane resin partition, and 2gr was evenly sprayed on only one shoe so that it could be worn by a person working at a glass bottle factory for one week. It was After that, the partition was removed, and about 1 cm 2 of the tip was cut off and a culture test was carried out on an agar medium. As a result, all those without glass powder developed bacteria, but those with powder did not. No occurrence was observed and the antibacterial property of the present invention was confirmed.

Although the odor was still felt, it was confirmed that the odor in the shoe on the side where the powder was put was almost eliminated, and the deodorizing effect of the present invention was confirmed.

A material with a dissolution rate of 10% by weight / Hr is sprayed on the footwear to suppress the generation of bacteria due to the antibacterial action of silver ions eluted by sweat. It can be gradually dissolved over a period of time to exert excellent antibacterial and deodorant effects on footwear. In addition, the soluble glass powder used in the present invention is extremely easy to handle, convenient for use and storage, and the soluble glass powder adhered to socks during use is washed. It also has the secondary effect of being dissolved in water and exhibiting an antibacterial effect.
