For example, talc having a plate crystal structure is blended as a clay mineral, ultrafinely pulverized talc is blended, and spherical particle powder is blended (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 52-99236
), blending volatile silicone into the oil component (JP-A-56-29912), blending talc whose surface has been made hydrophobic by silicone treatment (JP-A-62)

Note that the amount of liquid absorbed is determined by the following measurement method. Liquid absorption measurement method: After sufficiently swelling 1.0 g of polymer in a large excess of physiological saline, leave it for 30 minutes at room temperature, filter the gel part with filter paper, and measure the weight. The amount of saline (
g) is the amount of liquid absorbed. Further, the particle size and shape of the water-absorbing polymer are not particularly limited, but it is preferably spherical and has an average dry particle size of 50 μm or less, particularly 15 μm or less.

It is preferable to mix it in a ratio of /20 to 1/0.1. If the blending ratio exceeds 1/0.1, the stickiness reducing effect will not last long enough, and if the blending ratio is less than 1/20, a sticky feeling due to the water-absorbing polymer will be observed. In addition, the amount of these ingredients incorporated into cosmetics varies depending on the dosage form, but
For example, in powder cosmetics, a total of 1 to 100% by weight,
Preferably 10 to 100% by weight, total 0.5 to 50% by weight in the stock composition of spray cosmetics, preferably 10 to 100% by weight.

The cosmetic composition of the present invention can be applied to the skin by mixing the above-mentioned components, but it can also be made into a spray type cosmetic composition. When used as a spray-type cosmetic, a suitable propellant is added to the cosmetic composition of the present invention, and the composition is filled into a sealed container equipped with an aerosol valve. The propellant is not particularly limited as long as it is a liquefied substance that is gaseous at normal temperature and pressure and is mutually insoluble with the solid components in the cosmetic composition of the present invention, but for example, carbonized propane, butane, etc. Hydrogen; Examples include halogenated hydrocarbons such as dichlorofluoromethane, 1,2-dichloro-1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane, trichloromonofluoromethane, and mixtures thereof. The amount of the propellant added is such that the amount of the cosmetic composition of the present invention is 2 to the total amount after addition.
It is preferably added in an amount of 50% by weight.
