【従来技術とその課題点】[Prior art and its issues]

果樹園全体を防護網で被覆し、鳥害、虫害等を
防止する試みは既に行われている。 従来の防護網のうち天井部の防護網は果樹園に
載置し、網の開閉は果樹棚に載置したままの網を
引つ張つて行つていた。このため果樹棚面から植
栽が突出している場合は網は突起物や植栽に引掛
り網を破損する欠点を有している。 本考案者はこの課題点について既に特願昭56−
110611号で防護網の開閉方法および装置を提案
し、上記問題点を解決してきた。 ところで、果樹園等がつくられている場所は広
大なため1枚の防護網が被覆できる区域には限度
がある。また、広大な一枚物の防護網を製造する
ためには莫大な設備投資が必要となる。したがつ
て広大な一枚物の防護網を製造するよりも適宜大
さの網片を所要枚数接合して必要とする広さと形
状の防護網を作成するのが得策である。 防護網の条件としては、網全体の重量を軽減
し、かつ風の抵抗を受けにくくするために虫が入
らない程度に網目を大きく開け、糸は強度の許す
限りできるだけ細かいものが要求され、しかも風
や雨等の自然の力に長期間耐えうることである。
この条件を満たすものとして合成樹脂網が挙げら
れる。 しかしながら、合成樹脂網の糸は強度の許す限
りできるだけ細かいものであるため、端縁を引つ
張つたり、持上げたりする場合は強度が不足し、
網の開閉中や風の強い日には端縁から破れてくる
欠点がある。 この解決策として網の端縁や持上げ箇所を綿布
や合成樹脂シートで包んで補強することが考えら
れる。しかし、綿布の場合は水分を含むと乾燥の
際に縮んでしまい当初の寸法に合わなくなり網が
完全に閉鎖しないばかりかミシン目やハト目の穴
から破れてくる。また、合成樹脂シートの場合は
強度の点で問題が残る。

A synthetic resin net can be cited as a material that satisfies this condition. However, since the threads of the synthetic resin net are as fine as their strength allows, they lack strength when pulling or lifting the edges.

A possible solution to this problem would be to wrap the edges and lifting parts of the net with cotton cloth or synthetic resin sheets to reinforce them. 枚数接続して必要とする広さと形状を得ることが
できる防護網を提供することにある。 また、本考案の他の目的は、持上げたり引つ張
つた場合でも充分な強度を有する防護網を提供す
ることにある。

上記問題点を解決するために講じた本考案の構
成は次の通りである。 即ち本考案は、網片の接合部分を貫通して立設
してある支柱間に主索が掛け渡してあり、該主索
に吊下げられ、開閉時に載置している棚から持ち
上げ、然る後に開閉される防護網であつて、網部
材に合成樹脂網を使用し、該網部材の一枚又は所
要枚数を接合して前記網片を形成し、フアスナー
を介して前記網片を所要枚数接合して防護する区
域に合わせた形状の防護網を形成し、 該防護網には一端部から他端部にかけて所要本
数の補強部が設けてあり、該補強部は、網部材よ
りも目の細かい合成樹脂製の補強網を逆U状に折
曲して折曲部内に補強ロープを包み込むように
し、補強網の両側片間には網部材の一部を重ねて
これを挟み込み、前記補強網と一体に逢着してあ
り、更に前記補強部には適宜間隔で吊下げ孔が設
けてある防護網である。

本考案を図面に示した実施例に基づき更に詳細
に説明する。 第1図及び第2図を示す。図において防護網1
はメツシユ織の網を使用している。結節網を使用
することもできるが、結節の盛り上がり箇所がす
りきれて弱くなるので好ましくない。防護網1は
虫が入らない程度の網目を形成した合成樹脂網で
形成されている。防護網1は所要枚数の網片2を
フアスナー3を介して接合し、防護する区域に合
わせて所要広さ及び形状に形成されている。網片
2は一枚又は所要枚数の網部材21を接合して形
成される。 第2図および第3図を示す。網部材21を接合
した接合部25には、補強ロープ4が防護網1の
端部Aから端部Bにかけて所要本数取り付けられ
て補強部5が設けてある。補強ロープ4は図に示
すように防護網1を果樹棚から主索8で持ち上げ
る際に、持上げ部の補強となるもので、第6図に
示すように網部材21の接合箇所を利用し、網部
材21の接合する端部をそれぞれ立ちあげ、網部
材21よりも目の細かい補強網51を逆U状に折
曲して折曲部50を形成する。そして折曲部50
に包まれるように補強ロープ4を配置し、補強網
51の両側片52,53間に網部材21の端部を
挟み込み、補強網51と網部材21の端部を糸1
0で縫着している。 補強部5には所要数のハト目6を取着してい
る。ハト目6には吊金具7を取り付け、防護網1
は吊金具7を介して張緩自在になるように設けら
れている主索8に取りつけられる。 なお、フアスナー3を網片2に取着する場合
も、第5図に示すようにフアスナー3と網片2の
間に補強網51を介在させて補強を図つている。
また、防護網1の周囲も補強網51を縫着し、防
護網1を引つ張つても破れないようにしている。 接合部25のうち防護網1の端部A、端部B側
には支柱9を配置して主索8を支えるようにして
いる。この場合に防護網1が防護地域を完全に覆
えるように接合部25のうち防護網1の端部A、
端部B近傍を接合せずフアスナー3を取着し、支
柱9を包囲するようにしてフアスナー3を閉じる
ようにしている。 本考案の使用に当つては、第2図に示すように
支柱9に主索8を張緩自在になるように掛け渡し
ておき、防護区域に防護網1を張り設ける。防護
区域の果樹を保護する場合は第2図に示すように
網片2をフアスナー3で接合して防護網1を果樹
棚の上に載置しておく。防護網1を開く場合は主
索8を張るとそれにつれて防護網1は果樹棚から
持ち上がり、その後フアスナー3を開き、曳索8
1を引いて網片2を隅に引き寄せて防護網1を開
き、主索8を緩めて防護網1を果樹園の周囲に載
置すればよい。

うにし、補強網の両側片間には網部材の一部を
重ねてこれを挟み込み、前記補強網と一体に逢
着してあり、更に前記補強部には適宜間隔で吊
下げ孔が設けてある。このため防護網を持ち上
げても持ち上げ箇所から破れることがない。ま
た、網目を切断することなく縫着できるので補
強部の強度が向上する。
