Description

The present invention relates to a sheet suitable for fruit trees cultivated in rows such as citrus fruits, peaches, pears and apples, a simple house for fruit tree cultivation using the sheet, and a method for assembling a simple house for fruit tree cultivation using the sheet .

Conventionally, in citrus cultivation such as Wenzhou mandarin orange, Iyokan, Shiranui, Kiyomi tangor, and taroc, house cultivation has been carried out for promoting growth, adjusting sugar content, preventing insects, preventing damage to birds and animals, and preventing fading. As for this type of house, it is common to use a fixed shape having columns, beams and a roof as shown in Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2 and Patent Document 3. Houses described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 have a large number of pillars to support the roof, and because the truss beams are used to support the heavy roof, the material cost is high. As a result, there is a problem in that it takes time and labor to assemble and dismantle the work, and the management of the fruit tree producers is under pressure due to high costs. The house described in Patent Document 3 has a vinyl film stretched on the roof portion and has a ventilation opening in one direction, so the number of columns is smaller than that of the house described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2. Although it can be reduced, the assembly and disassembly work can be reduced, but it still has the disadvantages that it requires pillars and reinforcing pipes (corresponding to beams), the material cost is high, and the assembly and dismantling work is troublesome. It was.
Therefore, the inventor of the present application uses a transparent mesh sheet having air permeability and rain-preventing function at the center in the width direction as one sheet, and both sides are mesh-like having air permeability and light shielding properties than the mesh sheet at the center. A fruit-covering sheet was devised as a sheet and the width direction center part and both side parts were classified according to function, a utility model registration application was filed as actual application No. 2008-6861, and a utility model registration was registered as registration No. 3147033 (Patent Document 4) reference).
The fruit tree covering sheet described in Patent Document 4 has one sheet at the center of the top of one fruit tree, as shown in the full text of [0030] on page 5 of the publication, and FIGS. 7 and 8 on page 7. The sheet was covered so that the center of the sheet was substantially positioned, the periphery of the sheet was suspended and the lower part was squeezed, and the entire fruit tree was covered in a bag shape by being tied to the trunk with a rope. The fruit cover sheet described in Patent Document 4 is lightweight because the necessary members are only a sheet and a rope, and is easy to install and remove because it does not use pillars or beams, and has a very small number of parts, so it is low in cost. However, there is a problem that workability is poor because each fruit tree must be covered.

Since the invention of the present application can assemble a simple house for fruit tree cultivation having a side surface by an extremely simple operation using a single sheet and a few parts such as a rope without using a steel frame, the cost reduction and the house There is an effect that the weight can be reduced. In addition, since the entire row of fruit trees is covered together from the ground surface around the line of fruit trees with one sheet, the assembly and removal work of the house is extremely simple and the workability is improved. is there.
In the present invention, the ceiling sheet portion uses a material having a rain-preventing function, and the side sheet portion uses a material having water permeability and air permeability. Therefore, rainwater supplied to the fruit tree enters from the side sheet portion. It becomes rainwater, and the amount of water supplied to the root of the fruit tree is small, so that the cultivated fruit has a high sugar content and high commercial value in the market.
In the present invention, on the left and right sides of the fruit tree group, a rope is attached in a zigzag between the left and right side edges of the ceiling sheet part and a frame provided on the ground surface, and the fruit tree group is pressed by the ceiling sheet part from above. However, because the sheet is lightweight, the load on the fruit tree is small, and the zigzag structure of the rope absorbs wind pressure and snow pressure due to strong winds by moving the rope, etc., the fruit tree does not fall down, and the rope wire rope Even if the sheet is lightweight, it is possible to stably hold and hold the fruit tree group on the inner side and to protect the covering.
In the present invention, the row of fruit trees is a single covering, and the entire surface from the ground surface to the top of the row surrounding the row of fruit trees is covered with a single sheet. It has the effect of being able to grow high-quality fruits in a healthy and aesthetic market.

A ceiling sheet portion having air permeability and rain-preventing function is provided at the center in the width direction of the sheet, and side sheet portions having water permeability and higher air permeability than the ceiling sheet portion are continuously provided on the left and right sides of the ceiling sheet portion. Thus, the rainwater that passed through the side sheet portion was used as the moisture to be supplied to the fruit trees, and the water supply amount was adjusted without impairing the air permeability. Folding the sheet in triplicate and attaching S-shaped hooks to the folds improves the workability of attaching the rope to the side view truss shape, and the side of the rope stretched to the side view truss shape By covering the sheet part with the side edge overlapping the ground, it was possible to reduce the weight of the house and prevent intrusion of birds, beasts, flying pests and the like inside the sheet.

The Example of the simple house for fruit tree cultivation is described based on a figure. First, in FIG. 1, a sheet 1 is formed by connecting left and right side sheet parts 3, 4 to the left and right side edges of a ceiling sheet part 2, and when unfolded, is formed into a single flat-view rectangular shape that is extremely long in the front-rear direction. Has been. In the center of the width direction of the sheet 1, the ceiling sheet portion 2 has a width that is substantially the same length as the diameter including the branches and leaves as viewed from the plane of the fruit tree to be used, and extends across the front edge and the rear edge of the sheet 1. It is extended. A side sheet portion 3 is provided on the right side of the ceiling sheet portion 2, and a side sheet portion 4 is provided on the left side of the ceiling sheet portion 2 with the left and right side edges of the ceiling sheet portion 2 to form one sheet 1. doing.
The ceiling sheet portion 2 has air permeability and rain protection functions. As shown in FIG. 2, the ceiling sheet portion 2 uses, for example, a flat tape-like yarn made of a synthetic resin such as transparent polyethylene having water resistance, chemical resistance, and high durability for the warp 5 and the weft 6. It is preferable from the viewpoint of exhibiting air permeability and rain-preventing function to use a warp 5 and weft 6 interwoven to form a plain weave and heat weld the intersection of the warp 5 and the weft 6. Specifically, using a tape-shaped yarn having a lateral width of about 3 to 15 mm, heat-welding the intersecting part of a plain weave woven with a spacing between adjacent yarns of about 0.5 to 5.0 mm, for example. Conceivable. The intersection of the warp 5 and the weft 6 made of a flat tape-like yarn made of synthetic resin may not be heat-welded. For those that do not thermally weld the intersection, it is preferable to use yarns having a width of about 1 to 10 mm and woven into a high-density plain weave having a yarn interval of about 0.1 to 3.0 mm. The ceiling sheet portion 2 is formed by heat welding and forming a film as a whole, so that the texture of the ceiling sheet portion 2 is not partially expanded during the covering operation of the sheet 1 to the fruit tree group 11, and the shape is reduced. Since the holding ability is high, it is easy to handle and has good workability for covering fruit trees, and is suitable for the ceiling sheet portion 2 that requires both air permeability and rain protection function. Further, a vent hole having a diameter of about several centimeters is formed in the ceiling sheet portion 2 to exhaust warm air, or the space between the warp yarns 5 and the weft yarns 6 is increased to increase the weave density, The gap between the yarns can also act as a vent hole. The ceiling sheet portion 2 is not limited to a sheet obtained by plain weaving a flat tape-like yarn made of synthetic resin, but may be any as long as it has air permeability and rain protection function. Moreover, the ceiling sheet | seat part 2 may be colored according to the fruit tree to be used.
The side sheet parts 3 and 4 need to have water permeability and higher air permeability than the ceiling sheet part 2. The side sheet portions 3 and 4 are formed of a net having a shape corresponding to the application. The net is mainly made of a material having chemical resistance and high durability such as polyethylene. The shape of the net, the material, and the mesh size vary depending on the application. For example, the net size is 0.4 mm for the purpose of preventing the invasion of pests such as thrips, 4.0 mm for the purpose of preventing the invasion of birds, and larger for the purpose of preventing the invasion of moths. Thus, the scale is appropriately set according to the purpose. In addition, the shading rate is increased by coloring the net mainly for wind protection. For example, in a net having a substantially rectangular mesh formed by crossing polyethylene threads, when the mesh is 1 mm, the use of blue polyethylene threads results in a light shielding rate of 55% in addition to windproof and insect invasion prevention effects, and black polyethylene. When yarn is used, the shading rate is 73%. For nets with a mesh size of 2 mm, if blue polyethylene thread is used, the shading rate will be 33%. For blue nets with a mesh size of 3 mm, the shading rate will be 25%. For blue nets with a mesh size of 6 mm The shading rate is 15%.
Further, as a net having a light shielding property and / or a heat shielding property used for the side sheet portions 3 and 4, as shown in FIG. 3, a yarn having a light shielding property is inserted into the chain stitch 7 which is continuous in the warp direction. A net-like knitted fabric that has been stretched and warped as 8 is used. In order to improve the light-shielding property, the density of the adjacent insertion yarns 8 spanning between the stitch rows 7 facing each other is increased, and the yarn used as the insertion yarns 8 is colored in a dark color such as black. The net having light-shielding and heat-shielding properties is such that the yarn used for the mesh-like knitted fabric is gray, white, or silver on the surface by vapor deposition of aluminum, or there is a gap between the inserted yarns between the stitch rows 7. The one formed so as to improve air permeability is used.
A side sheet 3 is attached to the left edge of the ceiling sheet 2 and a side sheet 4 is attached to the right edge continuously and integrally. The attaching means may be either sewing or heat fusion.

As shown in FIG. 4, an S-shaped hook attachment rope 9 is attached along the length direction at a boundary portion between the side sheet portions 3 and 4 and the ceiling sheet portion 2. An S-shaped hook 10 is detachably suspended from the S-shaped hook attachment rope 9 at a predetermined interval along the length direction. The S-shaped hook 10 is bent in opposite directions at the same distance from both ends of a single wire, and the bent portions at both ends have a function as a hook.

The top of the fruit tree group 11 planted in a row is covered with the ceiling sheet part 2, the left side of the fruit tree group 11 is covered with the side sheet part 3 via a rope 14 described later, and the rope 14 described later on the right side. It is covered with the side sheet | seat part 4 via. The left and right side edges of the side sheet portion 3 and the side sheet portion 4 are superposed on the ground surface outside the wire rope 13 described later. The amount of ground contact between the side sheet portion 3 and the ground surface of the side sheet portion 4 is preferably about 30 cm or more from the position where the side sheet portion 3 and the side sheet portion 4 hang down and contact the ground surface. This is because if the contact length is about 30 cm or more, harmful insects such as harmful birds, harmful animals, or moths cannot enter the house from between the side sheet portions 3 and 4 and the ground surface.

The anchor pile 12 is driven into the ground with a predetermined distance from the ground surface on the left and right sides of the row of fruit trees 11 along the row direction and with the head of the anchor pile 12 floating about 5 cm from the ground surface. ing. This is because the engagement / disengagement of the wire rope 13 to / from the head of the anchor pile 12 is easily performed. A wire rope 13 is sequentially wound around the head of the anchor pile 12 and connected and stretched, and a frame is formed on the ground surface by the wire rope 13 so as to surround the circumference of the row of fruit trees 11.

Both ends of the rope 14 are wound around the anchor pile 12 located at the foremost part of the row of fruit trees 11 and the anchor pile 12 located at the rearmost part, and the middle part of the rope 14 is formed with the S-shaped hook 10 and the wire rope 13. So that the side view has a zigzag truss shape.

At the front and rear of the fruit tree group 11, the opposite end portions of the right side sheet portion 4 and the left side sheet portion 3 are overlapped and superposed, and the overlapped portions are respectively fastened by the fasteners 15, thereby The front and back of the house are closed. The left and right sides of the fruit tree group 11 are fastened to the wire rope 13 with the right and left side edges of the right side sheet part 4 and the left side sheet part 3 with a fastener 15, and the right side sheet part 4 and the left side sheet part 3 are Even if it is affected by the wind, it does not float upward.

In the simple house for fruit tree cultivation having the above structure, the upper part of the fruit tree is covered with the ceiling sheet part 2 having a function to prevent rain, and the side of the fruit tree is covered with the side sheet parts 3 and 4 having good air permeability. It flows from the part 2 to the side sheet parts 3 and 4, falls into the house from the side sheet parts 3 and 4, and an appropriate amount of moisture is supplied to the ground. Since it does not rain directly from the ceiling sheet part 2 to the fruit tree group 11, the amount of water supply in the ground near the root of the fruit tree is small, the fruit has a high sugar content, it is delicious, the fruit does not become a large ball, and it has a beautiful appearance, and the fruit is heavily rained There is an effect that a situation of falling or forming scratches on the epidermis does not occur due to rust or wrinkles. Specifically, assuming that the rainfall near the root of the fruit tree without the ceiling sheet portion 2 is 100%, when the simple house for fruit tree cultivation of Example 1 is used, the rainfall near the root of the fruit tree is 30%. . In particular, since late citrus fruits such as Shiranui are harvested after February, using a simple house for fruit tree cultivation of the present application, it is possible to harvest excellent fruits with high sugar content and intactness. The simple house for fruit tree cultivation of the present application is advantageous in that it can be reduced in cost because it does not require steel columns and beams that support the roof, and the maintenance work is also simple. Further, since the sheet 1 is configured to support the fruit tree group 11 with a rope 14 stretched laterally in a truss-like zigzag side view, the top 14 of the fruit tree group 11 is pressed from above by the ceiling sheet part 2, and the rope 14 Has a stretchable side surface by moving between the hook and the hooking portion of the frame. Since the sheet 1 is lightweight, the fruit tree is not damaged, and the fruit tree is not tilted or fallen by a strong wind. The rope and the fastener attached in the shape of a truss in side view have the effect that a lightweight sheet is not blown off even by super strong winds. Further, by connecting another sheet 1 in the length direction of the sheet 1, it can be used for a fruit tree group in a longer row. Usually, several kinds of fruit trees with different harvesting times are cultivated in one fruit tree plantation, but the sheet 1 is removed from the fruit tree group that has passed the harvesting period, and only the wire rope frame is left on the ground as it is. A new frame can be formed around other fruit trees that have not yet entered the period, and the sheet 1 removed from the fruit tree group that has passed the harvesting period can be reused. That is, if only the frame made of the wire rope 13 is provided, the sheet 1 can be used many times.

The assembly method of the simple house for fruit tree cultivation is demonstrated. First, the ceiling sheet portion 2 is the lowermost layer, and the side sheet portions 3 and 4 are alternately folded and folded on the upper surface of the ceiling sheet portion 2 with the boundary between the ceiling sheet portion 2 and the side sheet portions 3 and 4 as folds. One sheet 1 is formed into a triple fold shape that is long in the front-rear direction in which the Ooi sheet portion 2 and the side sheet portions 3 and 4 are superposed into three layers from below. The sheet 1 folded three times is further folded from the rear, and folded into multiple layers with the front end located at the top. As shown in FIG. 5, on the upper surface of the row of fruit trees 11, the sheet 1 folded in multiple layers is unfolded by extending forward from the front end located at the uppermost position, and is in a triple folded state. The ceiling sheet portion 2 is placed so as to cover the entire top surface of the row of fruit trees 11. An S-shaped hook attachment rope 9 is attached in the length direction between the left and right side edges of the ceiling sheet portion 2 and the adjacent stitch row 7 of the side sheet portions 3 and 4. As an example of the attachment method, it is conceivable to insert an S-shaped hook attachment rope 9 between the insertion yarns 8. One bent portion of the S-shaped hook 10 is hooked on the S-shaped hook attachment rope 9, and a large number of S-shaped hooks 10 are suspended at a predetermined interval along the length direction.
Next, the anchor piles 12 are driven into the ground so that the anchor piles 12 are separated from each other around the row of fruit trees 11 by a predetermined distance and the heads of the anchor piles 12 are located about 5 cm above the ground surface. This is to make it easier to wind the wire rope 13 around the head of the anchor pile 12. The anchor piles 12 are driven so as to be positioned in a straight line on the left and right sides of the row of fruit trees 11. A wire rope 13 is wound around the head of each of the multiple anchor piles 12, and the wire rope 13 is stretched between adjacent anchor piles 12 to form a frame made of the wire rope 13 slightly above the ground surface. . The frame surrounds the row of fruit trees 11 together by grouping the row of fruit trees 11 together at a predetermined distance from the base of the row of fruit trees 11 to the side.

As shown in FIG. 7, the rope 14 is wound around the head of the anchor pile 12 driven into either the front end or the rear end of the row of fruit trees 11 and the rope 14 is pulled up to raise S. After hooking on the other bent portion of the hook 10 and lowering the rope 14 and hooking it on the wire rope 13, the rope 14 is pulled up and hooked on the S hook 10. Wraps the rope 14 around the head of the anchor pile 12 driven into one of the other ends. On both the left and right sides of the fruit tree group 11, ropes 14 are stretched in a zigzag side-view truss shape.

As shown in FIG. 8, the side sheet portions 3 and 4 are suspended and the sheet 1 is developed. The side sheets 3 and 4 cover the side of the fruit tree group 11 with the rope 14 interposed therebetween, and the left and right end edges of the side sheets 3 and 4 are in contact with the ground surface. It is preferable that the vertical distance from the grounding portion to the left and right side edges of the side sheets 3 and 4 is 30 cm or longer as the length of the left and right side edge parts of the side sheets 3 and 4 that contacts the ground surface. This is because if the length from the ground contact position to the left and right edges is 30 cm, birds and beasts and insects cannot enter the inside. The left and right edge portions of the side sheets 3 and 4 are sandwiched between the wire ropes 13 by the fasteners 15 and block the left and right sides of the fruit tree group 11 with the side sheets 3 and 4. As shown in FIG. 1, the front end of the fruit tree group 11 hits the front end portions of the side sheet portions 3 and 4 together, and the front end of the fruit tree group 11 is closed by sandwiching the meeting portion with a fastener 15. Assembles a simple house for fruit tree cultivation by striking the rear end portions of the side sheet portions 3 and 4 together, sandwiching the meeting portions with the fasteners 15 and closing the rear of the fruit tree group 11.
