DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a paving method for outdoor sports fields such as tennis courts and volleyball courts, pool areas, promenades, road surfaces such as general roads, schoolyards, plazas, and the like.

Conventionally, various methods have been implemented in which a pavement slab covering the ground surface is constructed on-site using rubber or resin materials, but in all of these methods, the formed pavement slab is impervious to water, so it is difficult for rainwater to escape. It has the disadvantage that it accumulates on the paved surface, and it does not have the feel of soil as on a natural ground surface, making it unsuitable for schoolyards, etc. Furthermore, if the surface is damaged, it is expensive to repair. There are some drawbacks.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a method for forming pavements which are covered with earth and sand, as in natural earth surfaces, and which have suitable elasticity and water permeability.

According to the present invention, since the pavement surface is occupied by sand, it has the appearance of a natural ground surface, and since the lower mixture layer is occupied by an elastic material, the pavement plate is highly elastic, and moreover, the pavement surface is made of sand. Since both the layers of the mixture have water permeability, drainage is good, and there is no risk of rainwater accumulating on the paved surface.

As shown in FIG. 1, prior to forming the pavement slab, the ground surface is leveled to form a base layer 10 without digging or digging. The base layer 10 is preferably made of a suitable material and further tamped in order to maintain water permeability and stably support the pavement slab, but it may also be formed by simply leveling the ground surface.

Next, the elastic material particles prepared in advance 1
A mixture of No. 2 and an adhesive is laid on the base layer 10 in a layered manner. The thickness of the layer of this mixture is selected according to the particle size of the granules, for example rubber chips, the desired elasticity of the paving slab and the paving purpose. As the adhesive, a room temperature curable resin such as urethane resin is used. The mixing weight ratio of adhesive to rubber chips is 1 to 20:1.
The ratio can be set to about 8:1, preferably about 8:1. Significantly increasing the amount of adhesive results in the rubber chips becoming embedded in the adhesive, which not only reduces the elasticity of the rubber chips, but also renders the mixture layer impermeable to water. To avoid this situation, the amount of adhesive mixed should be the minimum amount sufficient to bond the rubber chips.

Sand 14 is spread on the layer surface of the mixture, that is, on the uneven surface formed by the rubber chips 12. The thickness of the layer of sand 14 is such that at least all of the rubber chips are covered and hidden by the sand. In this way, a paving slab 16 made of a mixture of rubber chips, adhesive, and sand is completed.

Even when the sand 14 is struck by rainwater or stepped on by athletes or pedestrians, the overall movement of the sand 14 is prevented by the unevenness of the rubber chips. Rainwater is not only prevented from rebounding by the sand, but also penetrates into the ground through the gaps formed between the sand and the rubber chips, reaching the base layer.

The paving slab can be constructed by alternating layers of small-diameter granules and layers of large-diameter granules as required, or by dispersing a suitable filler before laying down the sand. good.
