Claims (1)
状の圧力導入部と、該圧力導入部の一端面から延
びる形で設けられた円筒状の覆い部とを備え、該
覆い部の内周壁にねじが形成されたケーシング部
材; 前記圧力導入ポートの一端に対向する位置に設
けられた薄肉の可撓部を実質上その中央部に有し
、該可撓部を支持しその周辺を覆う形で配置され
た円筒状の肉厚部を有し、該肉厚部の外径が前記
ケーシング部材の覆い部の内径よりも小さく形成
された、検出部材; 前記検出部材の外径よりも大きな外径を有し、
その外周面に前記ケーシング部材の覆い部の内周
壁のねじと螺合するねじが形成され、内径が前記
検出部材の外径よりも小さくかつ肉厚部の内径よ
り大きく形成された環状の固定部材;及び 前記検出部材の可撓部に装着された撓み検出手
