Conventionally, when wiring using electric wires (jumper wiring, etc.) on a printing unit, there have been various methods as described below. In other words, as shown in FIG. 1, a pin 2 is placed on a printed wiring board 1 and an electric wire 3 is wrapped around the pin 2 using a wire wrap machine for wiring, and a hole 4 provided in the printed wiring board 1 for jumper wiring is used. and a method of wiring by soldering the electric wire 3 to the land part,
Or parts on the front or back side of the printed wiring board 1,
For example, wire 3 directly connects lead 6 of IC (integrated circuit) 5.
This is a method of soldering.

However, the above conventional method has the following drawbacks. That is, the method of pin-standing and drilling holes for jumper wiring requires pattern design of the printed wiring board 1 for jumper wiring;
It was necessary to drill holes in lands and conduct pattern wiring from the points to be connected, making it unsuitable for high-density component mounting and pattern wiring. In addition, with the method of directly connecting jumper wiring to component leads, if a component needs to be replaced due to a component defect, etc.
It was necessary to remove all the jumper wiring from the parts, and after replacing the parts, it was necessary to solder the component leads and solder the jumper wiring twice, resulting in extremely poor workability.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 shows a printed wiring board 12 on which wiring is carried out using the connection terminal of the present invention (the figure shows the connection terminal 11 with the insertion tab section separated). The connection terminal 11 is a conductive component, for example, IC1.
The lead 14 is inserted into the hole 15 into which the lead 14 of No. 3 was inserted.
It is inserted with. The connection terminals 11 are interconnected by electric wires 16. FIGS. 3 and 4 are partial cross-sectional views seen from the directions of arrows A and B shown in FIG. 2, respectively.

That is, when wiring is performed using this connection terminal 11, the insertion portion 11a of the connection terminal 11 is inserted into the same hole as the hole 15 for inserting the lead of the IC 13 mounted on the printed wiring board 12. Then, solder 19 is applied from the back side of the printed wiring board 12. Thereby, the leads 14 of the IC 13 and the connection terminals 11 can be reliably connected and fixed to the printed wiring board 12. After that, the inserted connection terminal 1
One end of the electric wire 16 is wound around the hole 17 and groove 18 of one IC 13 and soldered 20, and the other end of this electric wire 16 is connected to the same hole 15 as the lead 14 of the other IC 13.

Since the diameter of the through hole 15 of the printed wiring board 12 is small, the connection terminal 11 shown in FIG. 5 may be bent when inserted. Furthermore, if the mounting density of the IC 13 or the like is high, it will be difficult to insert the fingers into the IC 13, which will reduce work efficiency.

In FIG. 6, reference numeral 21 indicates the connection terminal before the insertion tab part is separated, which improves the ease of inserting the connection terminal 11 into the lead insertion hole 15 shown in FIG. 5 above and the workability. In order to
An insertion tab portion 22 is provided on the top. A notch 23 is formed between the insertion tab portion 22 and the wire connection portion 11b, and the two can be easily separated by bending the tab portion 22 after inserting the connection terminal 21. ing. That is, this connection terminal 21 has an insertion tab portion 22, and after inserting the insertion portion 11a into the lead insertion hole 15, the insertion tab portion 22 is bent and the insertion tab portion 22 is separated. After that, wiring can be performed in the same manner as for the connection terminal 11 described above. Considering the manufacturing cost of the connection terminal 21, it is preferable to form a terminal consisting of the wire connection part 11b and the insertion part 11a above and below the tab part 22.

In the method of performing jumper wiring using the connection terminals 11 and 21, the following effects can be obtained. That is, there is no need for pattern design of the printed wiring board 12 for jumper wiring (land and hole drilling, pattern wiring from leads of components to be connected),
High-density component mounting and pattern wiring become possible. In addition, even if a design change etc. occurs, it can be easily accommodated by additionally inserting the connecting terminals 11, 21 into the component lead part and wiring.

If a part needs to be replaced due to a failure of a part in the jumper wiring section, etc., at the same time as removing the part from the printed wiring board 12,
1 and 21 can also be removed without separating the terminals 11 and 21 and the electric wire 16. After the parts are replaced, the connection terminals 11 and 12 with the electric wires 16 are returned to their original positions and the soldering operation is performed once, thereby allowing the repair to be the same as before the parts were replaced. Therefore, the number of man-hours required for assembling and changing the printing unit can be reduced.
