Claims (10)
- 厚み方向に並べられた複数の電池セルを含んで構成された電池スタックと、
前記電池スタックを収容した筐体と、
通電により発熱する複数の金属パターンを有し、各金属パターンをそれぞれ前記電池セルと対向させるように前記筐体の内部に配置されたヒーター基板と、
複数の前記電池セルと複数の前記金属パターンとの間にそれぞれ介在する複数の熱伝導シートと、
を備え、
前記ヒーター基板には、前記熱伝導シートを設けるエリアを規定するレジストマークが設けられている電池パック。 - 厚み方向に並べられた複数の電池セルを含んで構成された電池スタックと、
前記電池スタックを収容した筐体と、
通電により発熱する複数の金属パターンを有し、各金属パターンをそれぞれ前記電池セルと対向させるように前記筐体の内部に配置されたヒーター基板と、
複数の前記電池セルと複数の前記金属パターンとの間にそれぞれ介在する複数の熱伝導シートと、
前記電池スタックが内側に収容可能となる枠状に形成されて前記筐体の内部に配置された補強部材と、
を備え、
前記補強部材の上端部に前記厚み方向に延在する連結部が配置されている電池パック。 - 厚み方向に並べられた複数の電池セルを含んで構成された電池スタックと、
前記電池スタックを収容した筐体と、
通電により発熱する複数の金属パターンを有し、各金属パターンをそれぞれ前記電池セルと対向させるように前記筐体の内部に配置されたヒーター基板と、
複数の前記電池セルと複数の前記金属パターンとの間にそれぞれ介在する複数の熱伝導シートと、
前記筐体の一方の側部に形成された開口部を閉鎖する横蓋部と、
前記筐体の上部に形成された開口部を閉鎖する上蓋部と、
を備え、
前記横蓋部は、前記上蓋部に形成された係止部が係止される被係止部を有する電池パック。 - 厚み方向に並べられた複数の電池セルを含んで構成された電池スタックと、
前記電池スタックを収容した筐体と、
通電により発熱する複数の金属パターンを有し、各金属パターンをそれぞれ前記電池セルと対向させるように前記筐体の内部に配置されたヒーター基板と、
複数の前記電池セルと複数の前記金属パターンとの間にそれぞれ介在する複数の熱伝導シートと、
前記筐体の一方の側部に形成された開口部を閉鎖する横蓋部と、
前記電池スタックに設けられた電極端子と前記横蓋部に設けられた電極端子とを電気的に接続するバスバーと、
を備え、
前記横蓋部は、前記バスバーの取り付け時に該バスバーの横倒れを防止する横倒れ防止部を有する電池パック。 - 前記横倒れ防止部は、前記バスバーに形成された爪部が挿入されるスリット部で構成されている請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ヒーター基板には、前記熱伝導シートを設けるエリアを規定するレジストマークが設けられている請求項2~請求項5の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記金属パターンの長さは、前記レジストマークの長さよりも長い請求項1又は請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記金属パターンは、銅パターンである請求項1~請求項7の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記筐体は、樹脂製であり、前記電池スタックを密閉状態で収容している請求項1~請求項8の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池スタックは、補助用電源である請求項1~請求項9の何れか1項に記載の電池パック。
