Claims (2)
- 中心軸の軸方向と直交する方向から見て、外周面に該中心軸に対して54.7度±5度の傾斜角度とされた螺旋状の突起部が形成された円筒状の直胴部を有する容器本体と、
所定の幅を有するテープ状の繊維束を前記直胴部の外周面に前記突起部に対して平行に螺旋状に少なくとも2層は巻き付けることで該外周面を被覆した被覆部と、
を備え、
前記突起部の高さが、前記繊維束の厚みよりも低く形成されており、
2層目の前記繊維束が、前記突起部の頂部に接触することなく、その頂部における前記容器本体の径方向外側を通過するように巻き付けられている圧力容器。 - 円筒状の直胴部の外周面に、中心軸の軸方向と直交する方向から見て、該中心軸に対して54.7度±5度の傾斜角度とされた螺旋状の突起部が形成されるように容器本体を成形する成形工程と、
前記直胴部の外周面を被覆するように所定の幅を有するテープ状の繊維束を前記突起部に対して平行に螺旋状に少なくとも2層は巻き付ける巻付工程と、
を有し、
前記成形工程において、前記突起部の高さを前記繊維束の厚みよりも低く形成し、
前記巻付工程において、2層目の前記繊維束を前記突起部の頂部に接触させることなく、その頂部における前記容器本体の径方向外側を通過するように巻き付ける圧力容器の製造方法。
