Description
Claims (7)
- 搬送ロボットを自律的に移動させて搬送物を目的地まで搬送する搬送制御システムであって、
前記搬送物の受領予定者から第三者による前記搬送物の中途回収を依頼する旨の依頼信号を受け付ける受付部と、
前記受付部が前記依頼信号を受け付けた場合に、前記搬送物を前記搬送ロボットから取り出すための一時的な電子解錠キーを、設定された条件に基づいて第三者の端末へ発行する発行部と、
前記搬送物の中途回収に現れた第三者を撮像した撮像データを取得する取得部と、
前記受領予定者の端末へ前記撮像データを送信する送信部と、
前記送信部による前記撮像データの送信後に、前記受付部が前記受領予定者から解錠を許可する旨の許可信号を受け付けた場合に、前記電子解錠キーによる解錠を実行する解錠制御部と、
を備える搬送制御システム。 - 前記発行部は、前記電子解錠キーを、前記搬送ロボットから基準範囲内に存在する前記第三者の端末へ発行する請求項1に記載の搬送制御システム。
- 前記発行部は、前記電子解錠キーを、登録リストに登録された前記第三者の端末へ発行する請求項1または2に記載の搬送制御システム。
- 前記解錠制御部は、前記搬送物に設定された属性に基づいて、前記受付部が前記許可信号を受け付けた場合に前記電子解錠キーによる解錠を実行するか、前記受付部が前記許可信号を受け付けることなく前記電子解錠キーによる解錠を実行するかを決定する請求項1に記載の搬送制御システム。
- 前記送信部は、前記受付部が前記許可信号を受け付けることなく前記解錠制御部が前記電子解錠キーによる解錠を実行する場合であっても、前記受領予定者の端末へ前記撮像データを送信する請求項4に記載の搬送制御システム。
- 搬送ロボットを自律的に移動させて搬送物を目的地まで搬送する搬送制御プログラムであって、
前記搬送ロボットを前記目的地へ向けて移動させる移動ステップと、
前記移動ステップの実行中に、前記搬送物の受領予定者から第三者による前記搬送物の中途回収を依頼する旨の依頼信号を受け付けたかを確認する確認ステップと、
前記確認ステップで前記依頼信号を受け付けたと確認した場合に、前記搬送物を前記搬送ロボットから取り出すための一時的な電子解錠キーを、設定された条件に基づいて第三者の端末へ発行する発行ステップと、
前記搬送物の中途回収に現れた第三者を撮像した撮像データを取得する取得ステップと、
前記受領予定者の端末へ前記撮像データを送信する送信ステップと、
前記送信ステップで前記撮像データの送信後に、前記受領予定者から解錠を許可する旨の許可信号を受け付けた場合に、前記電子解錠キーによる解錠を実行する解錠制御ステップと、
をコンピュータに実行させる搬送制御プログラム。 - 搬送ロボットを自律的に移動させて搬送物を目的地まで搬送する搬送制御方法であって、
前記搬送ロボットを前記目的地へ向けて移動させる移動ステップと、
前記移動ステップの実行中に、前記搬送物の受領予定者から第三者による前記搬送物の中途回収を依頼する旨の依頼信号を受け付けたかを確認する確認ステップと、
前記確認ステップで前記依頼信号を受け付けたと確認した場合に、前記搬送物を前記搬送ロボットから取り出すための一時的な電子解錠キーを、設定された条件に基づいて第三者の端末へ発行する発行ステップと、
前記搬送物の中途回収に現れた第三者を撮像した撮像データを取得する取得ステップと、
前記受領予定者の端末へ前記撮像データを送信する送信ステップと、
前記送信ステップで前記撮像データの送信後に、前記受領予定者から解錠を許可する旨の許可信号を受け付けた場合に、前記電子解錠キーによる解錠を実行する解錠制御ステップと、
を有する搬送制御方法。
