Description
2017年3月28日出願の米国仮特許出願第62/477,521号の優先権を主張し、その内容全体を参照により本願明細書に援用する。
上記の記載では、プランジャーロッド・シリンジアセンブリシステムと一緒に使用するための様々なシステム及び方法を説明している。システム、機械又は方法は、さらに、以下のリストは包括的でも限定でもないとみなされることに注意して、下記にリストした薬剤の使用を含み得ることは明らかである。薬剤は、シリンジアセンブリの注射筒のリザーバに入れられる。場合によっては、リザーバは、薬剤で治療するための、充填される又はプレフィルドのいずれかである主容器である。主容器はプレフィルドシリンジとし得る。
Claims (30)
- プランジャーロッドをシリンジアセンブリに結合するための機械であって、前記機械は:
シリンジアセンブリを受け入れるようなサイズにされたシート部分と、前記シート部分の上方に配置され且つプランジャーロッドを受け入れるようなサイズにされたアパーチャ部分とがある受け台を含む、選択したキャリッジ;
前記選択したキャリッジに動作可能に結合され、且つ前記受け台を第1の位置から第2の位置へ動かして前記プランジャーロッドを前記シリンジアセンブリに結合するように適合された作動機器
を含み、及び
前記選択したキャリッジは、別個の及び互換性のある第1及び第2のキャリッジから選択され、前記第1のキャリッジは、第1のサイズのシリンジアセンブリを受け入れるように適合された受け台を含み、及び前記第2のキャリッジは、前記第1のサイズとは異なる第2のサイズのシリンジアセンブリを受け入れるようなサイズにされた受け台を含む、機械。 - さらに、前記受け台の上方に位置決めされた、選択した圧力板を含んで、前記受け台が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ動くときに、前記受け台が、前記選択した圧力板の真下を動くようにし、前記選択した圧力板は、前記受け台が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ動くときに、前記受け台の前記アパーチャ部分に配置された前記プランジャーロッドに下向きの力を加えるように適合されている、請求項1に記載の機械。
- さらに、前記選択した圧力板に動作可能に結合された、選択した定張力バネを含み、前記選択した圧力板が、前記受け台が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ動くときに、前記プランジャーロッドの近位端部を受け入れるように適合された入口部分を規定し、前記選択した定張力バネは、前記受け台が前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間を動くときに、前記プランジャーロッドに、前記選択した圧力板を介して加えられた前記下向きの力を提供する、請求項2に記載の機械。
- 前記第1のキャリッジは、前記第1のキャリッジに結合された第1の圧力板を含み、及び前記第2のキャリッジは、前記第2のキャリッジに結合された第2の圧力板を含んで、前記選択した圧力板が、前記選択したキャリッジに結合されるようにする、請求項2または3に記載の機械。
- さらに、早替え締結具及びテーブルを含み、前記選択したキャリッジは、前記早替え締結具によって前記テーブルに取り外し自在に結合である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記第1のキャリッジは第1のベースを含み、及び前記第2のキャリッジは第2のベースを含み、及び前記作動機器は、前記第1及び第2のベースに動作可能に接続されるように適合されたサーボモータを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- さらに、前記選択したキャリッジに隣接して配置された、選択した摩擦要素を含み、前記選択した摩擦要素は、前記受け台が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ動く間、前記受け台によって運ばれる前記シリンジアセンブリの注射筒に係合するように適合され、前記摩擦要素は、前記受け台が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ動くときに、前記注射筒に回転力を加えて、前記プランジャーロッドに対して前記シリンジアセンブリをスピンさせるように適合されている、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記第1のキャリッジは、前記第1のキャリッジに結合され且つ第1の摩擦要素を支持する第1のガイドプレートを含み、及び前記第2のキャリッジは、前記第2のキャリッジに結合され且つ第2の摩擦要素を支持する第2のガイドプレートを含んで、前記選択した摩擦要素が、前記選択したキャリッジに結合された選択したガイドプレートによって支持されるようにする、請求項7に記載の機械。
- さらに、前記選択したキャリッジに結合された、選択した可動プランジャーロッドベースであって、前記選択したプランジャーロッドベースは、前記受け台の上方に配置され、且つ前記プランジャーロッドのフランジ付き近位端部を受け入れるようなサイズにされたオリフィスを含み、前記オリフィスは、前記受け台の前記アパーチャ部分と同軸に位置合わせされ、前記プランジャーロッドベースは、前記受け台と一緒に前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ可動である、可動プランジャーロッドベース;
外側に延在するタブが、前記選択したプランジャーロッドベースの前記オリフィス内へと延在するように配置された、選択した保持キャップであって、前記選択したプランジャーロッドベースに取り外し自在に取り付けられる、選択した保持キャップ
を含み;及び
前記選択した保持キャップは、前記選択したキャリッジに対して固定され、且つ前記受け台が前記第1の位置にあるときに前記オリフィス内に配置される、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の機械。 - 前記選択したプランジャーロッドベースは、別個の及び互換性のある第1及び第2のプランジャーロッドベースから選択され、前記第1のプランジャーロッドベースは、第1のサイズのプランジャーロッドを受け入れるように適合されたオリフィスを含み、及び前記第2のプランジャーロッドベースは、前記第1のサイズとは異なる第2のサイズのプランジャーロッドを受け入れるようなサイズにされたオリフィスを含む、請求項9に記載の機械。
- 前記受け台は、前記シリンジアセンブリ及びプランジャーロッドが前記受け台内に配置されているとき、前記シリンジアセンブリ及びプランジャーロッドの縦軸と同軸である受け台軸を含み、前記受け台軸は、垂直方向に対して、ゼロ度を上回る角度で配置されている、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記選択したキャリッジは、前記受け台軸に対して平行である回転軸を備える回転木馬式の回転台を含んで、前記選択したキャリッジの前記回転軸が、垂直方向に対して、ゼロ度を上回る角度で配置されるようにする、請求項11に記載の機械。
- 前記作動機器は、起動事象に応答して、前記受け台を前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間で割り送りするように適合されている、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記作動機器は、前記起動事象の発生時に、前記受け台を1回のみ割り送りする、請求項13に記載の機械。
- 前記作動機器は、サーボモータと、前記サーボモータを動作可能に制御するための動作スイッチとを含み、前記サーボモータは、前記選択したキャリッジに結合されて、前記選択したキャリッジを介して前記受け台を動かす、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記作動機器は、ユーザが前記受け台を前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ手動で割り送りするためのレバーを含む、請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記作動機器は、前記レバーを動かすように配置された摺動可能ブラケットを含む、請求項16に記載の機械。
- 前記選択したキャリッジは、前記選択した圧力板に対して回転式に配置される、請求項2~17のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 前記受け台の前記シート部分は、間隙によって分離された第1のローラ及び第2のローラを含み、前記シート部分の前記第1及び第2のローラは、前記受け台によって運ばれるとき、前記シリンジアセンブリの前記注射筒に係合し且つ前記間隙内に前記注射筒を保持するように適合され、前記第1及び第2のローラは、前記受け台が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ割り送りするときに、前記シリンジアセンブリがスピンできるようにする、請求項7または8に記載の機械。
- 前記選択したキャリッジは、前記選択したキャリッジによって支持される複数の受け台を含む、請求項1~19のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- さらに、前記受け台の前記第2の位置において、前記選択したキャリッジに隣接して配置された、選択した出口シュートを含み、前記選択した出口シュートは、前記プランジャーロッドが前記シリンジアセンブリに結合された後、前記受け台から前記プランジャーロッド及びシリンジアセンブリを受け入れるように適合され;
前記第1のキャリッジは、前記第1のキャリッジに結合された第1の出口シュートを含み、及び前記第2のキャリッジは、前記第2のキャリッジに結合された第2の出口シュートを含んで、前記選択した出口シュートが前記選択したキャリッジに結合されるようにする、請求項7または8に記載の機械。 - 前記選択した出口シュートは斜面を含み、前記斜面は、前記受け台が前記第2の位置へ動いた後、前記プランジャーロッド及びシリンジアセンブリを受け入れるようなサイズにされたスロットを含む、請求項21に記載の機械。
- プランジャーロッドをシリンジアセンブリに結合するために、機械を使用する方法であって、前記方法は:
第2のサイズのシリンジアセンブリを受け入れるようなサイズにされた受け台を含む第2のキャリッジを、作動機器から切り離すこと;
作動機器から前記第2のキャリッジを切り離した後、前記作動機器に第1のキャリッジを結合することであって、前記第1のキャリッジは、第2のサイズとは異なる第1のサイズのシリンジアセンブリを受け入れるようなサイズにされたシート部分と、シート部分の上方に配置され且つプランジャーロッドを受け入れるようなサイズにされたアパーチャ部分とを有する第1の受け台を含むこと;
前記第1のキャリッジの前記第1の受け台に第1のシリンジアセンブリを位置決めすることであって、前記第1のシリンジアセンブリは、遠位端部及び近位端部、注射筒、及び前記注射筒内に配置されたプランジャーを含むこと;
前記第1のキャリッジの前記第1の受け台に第1のプランジャーロッドを位置決めすることであって、前記第1のプランジャーロッドは遠位ロッド端部及び近位ロッド端部を含み、及び前記遠位ロッド端部は、前記第1のシリンジアセンブリの前記近位端部の上方に配置され、且つ前記プランジャーと軸方向に位置合わせされていること;及び
前記第1のキャリッジに結合された前記作動機器を起動して、前記第1の受け台を第1の位置から第2の位置へ動かし、それにより、前記第1のプランジャーロッドに力を加えて、前記第1のプランジャーロッドが前記第1のシリンジアセンブリと結合されるようにすること
を含む、方法。 - さらに、前記第1の受け台が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置の方へ動くときに、前記第1のプランジャーロッドの前記近位ロッド端部に下向きの力を加えることを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- さらに、早替え締結具によって前記第1のキャリッジをテーブルに締結することであって、前記テーブルは前記作動機器に接続されていることを含む、請求項23又は24に記載の方法。
- 前記作動機器から前記第2のキャリッジを切り離すことは、前記第2のキャリッジを前記テーブルに固定する前記早替え締結具を切り離すことを含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記作動機器から前記第2のキャリッジを切り離すことは、前記第2のキャリッジの受け部材から前記作動機器のサーボモータを切り離すことを含む、請求項23~26のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のキャリッジを前記作動機器に結合することは、前記作動機器のサーボモータを前記第1のキャリッジの受け部材に結合することを含む、請求項23~27のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記作動機器から前記第2のキャリッジを切り離す前に、前記第2のキャリッジの第2の受け台に第2のシリンジアセンブリを位置決めすることであって、前記第2の受け台は、第2のサイズの前記第2のシリンジアセンブリを受け入れるように適合され、前記第2のシリンジアセンブリは、遠位端部及び近位端部、注射筒、及び前記注射筒内に配置されたプランジャーを含み、前記第2のキャリッジの前記第2の受け台は、第2のサイズの第2の注射筒を受け入れるようなサイズにされること;
前記第2のキャリッジの前記第2の受け台に第2のプランジャーロッドを位置決めすることであって、前記第2のプランジャーロッドは、遠位ロッド端部及び近位ロッド端部を含み、及び前記遠位ロッド端部は、前記第2のシリンジアセンブリの前記近位端部の上方に配置され、及び前記プランジャーと軸方向に位置合わせされていること;及び
前記第2のキャリッジに結合された前記作動機器を起動して、前記第2の受け台を第1の位置から第2の位置へ動かし、それにより、前記第2のプランジャーロッドに力を加えて、前記第2のプランジャーロッドが前記第2のシリンジアセンブリに結合されるようにすること
