Description
制御装置の第1の実施形態について、図面(図1~図3)を参照して説明する。なお、本明細書では、「回転電機」は、モータ(電動機)、ジェネレータ(発電機)、及び必要に応じてモータ及びジェネレータの双方の機能を果たすモータ・ジェネレータのいずれをも含む概念として用いている。また、本明細書では、「駆動連結」とは、2つの回転要素が駆動力を伝達可能に連結された状態を意味する。この概念には、2つの回転要素が一体的に回転するように連結された状態や、2つの回転要素が1つ以上の伝動部材を介して駆動力を伝達可能に連結された状態が含まれる。このような伝動部材には、回転を同速で又は変速して伝達する各種の部材(軸、歯車機構、ベルト、チェーン等)が含まれ、回転及び駆動力を選択的に伝達する係合装置(摩擦係合装置や噛み合い式係合装置等)が含まれてもよい。
制御装置の第2の実施形態について、図面(図4~図9)を参照して説明する。以下では、本実施形態の制御装置について、第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に説明する。特に明記しない点については、第1の実施形態と同様であり、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
次に、制御装置のその他の実施形態について説明する。
以下、上記において説明した制御装置の概要について説明する。
なお、回転電機(MG)の出力トルク(Tmg)が判定トルク(T1)よりも大きい場合に行われるトルク低下制御では、回転電機(MG)の出力トルク(Tmg)が目標トルク(T2)まで次第に低下される。よって、トルク低下制御において回転電機(MG)の出力トルク(Tmg)が目標トルク(T2)までステップ的に低下される場合に比べて、車両(4)の乗員が感じる車両挙動の変化を小さく抑えつつ回転電機(MG)の出力トルク(Tmg)を目標トルク(T2)まで低下させることができる。すなわち、アップシフトの動作中において、トルク増加制御の実行期間だけでなくトルク低下制御の実行期間においても、車両(4)の乗員が感じる車両挙動の変化を小さく抑えることができる。
以上のように、上記の構成によれば、アップシフトを行うと判定された時点の回転電機(MG)の動作点によらずに、アップシフトの動作中に車両(4)の乗員が感じる車両挙動の変化を小さく抑えることが可能となる。

Claims (10)
- 回転電機と車輪とを結ぶ動力伝達経路に自動変速機が設けられた車両用駆動装置を制御対象とする制御装置であって、
前記自動変速機を介して前記回転電機から前記車輪に伝達されるトルクを車輪伝達トルクとして、
前記自動変速機が形成する変速段を第1変速段から当該第1変速段よりも変速比が小さい第2変速段に移行させるアップシフトを行う場合に、当該アップシフトの動作中、前記変速比の低下による前記車輪伝達トルクの減少を補うように、前記回転電機の出力トルクを増加させるトルク増加制御を行うように構成され、
前記車輪の回転速度に応じた前記回転電機の回転速度を車輪対応回転速度とし、要求されている前記車輪伝達トルクに応じた前記回転電機の出力トルクを要求対応トルクとして、
前記車輪対応回転速度で前記要求対応トルクを出力するための前記回転電機の動作点が、前記アップシフトによる変速段の移行前及び移行後の双方で前記回転電機の運転可能範囲内に収まり、且つ、前記変速段の移行前において、前記回転電機の出力トルクが、前記車輪対応回転速度で前記回転電機が出力可能な最大トルクから前記トルク増加制御による増加トルク分を減算したトルクである判定トルク以下の状態で、前記アップシフトを行い、
前記車輪対応回転速度で前記要求対応トルクを出力するための前記回転電機の動作点が、前記アップシフトによる変速段の移行前及び移行後の双方で前記回転電機の運転可能範囲内に収まることを第1条件とし、前記変速段の移行前において前記回転電機の出力トルクが前記判定トルク以下であることを第2条件として、
前記第1条件及び前記第2条件のうちの少なくとも一方が満たされない状態では、前記アップシフトを行わない、制御装置。 - 回転電機と車輪とを結ぶ動力伝達経路に自動変速機が設けられた車両用駆動装置を制御対象とする制御装置であって、
前記自動変速機を介して前記回転電機から前記車輪に伝達されるトルクを車輪伝達トルクとして、
前記自動変速機が形成する変速段を第1変速段から当該第1変速段よりも変速比が小さい第2変速段に移行させるアップシフトを行う場合に、当該アップシフトの動作中、前記変速比の低下による前記車輪伝達トルクの減少を補うように、前記回転電機の出力トルクを増加させるトルク増加制御を行うように構成され、
前記車輪の回転速度に応じた前記回転電機の回転速度を車輪対応回転速度とし、要求されている前記車輪伝達トルクに応じた前記回転電機の出力トルクを要求対応トルクとして、
前記車輪対応回転速度で前記要求対応トルクを出力するための前記回転電機の動作点が、前記アップシフトによる変速段の移行前及び移行後の双方で前記回転電機の運転可能範囲内に収まり、且つ、前記変速段の移行前において、前記回転電機の出力トルクが、前記車輪対応回転速度で前記回転電機が出力可能な最大トルクから前記トルク増加制御による増加トルク分を減算したトルクである判定トルク以下の状態で、前記アップシフトを行い、
前記回転電機の出力トルクが前記判定トルクを超えている場合であっても、前記車輪の回転速度が設定閾値に対して低速側から到達した場合には、前記トルク増加制御を行うことなく前記アップシフトを行い、
前記自動変速機により前記第1変速段が形成されている状態での前記回転電機の上限回転速度に応じた前記車輪の回転速度を車輪速上限値として、前記設定閾値が前記車輪速上限値以下に設定されている、制御装置。 - 前記車両用駆動装置が搭載された車両の走行による振動が、前記トルク増加制御を行わない前記アップシフトにより生じる振動以上となるような前記車輪の回転速度に、前記設定閾値が設定されている、請求項2に記載の制御装置。
- 前記トルク増加制御では、前記アップシフトの動作中、前記車輪伝達トルクが要求されているトルクに維持されるように前記回転電機の出力トルクを制御する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記アップシフトの動作は、前記回転電機の回転速度が前記第1変速段の状態に維持されたまま前記自動変速機内の駆動力の伝達経路を前記第1変速段の状態から前記第2変速段の状態に移行させる期間であるトルク相と、当該トルク相の後、前記回転電機の回転速度を前記第1変速段の状態から前記第2変速段の状態に移行させる期間であるイナーシャ相とを含み、
前記トルク増加制御は、前記トルク相で実行され、
前記トルク増加制御による増加後の前記回転電機の出力トルクは、前記トルク相の開始前の前記要求対応トルクをT、前記第1変速段の変速比をG1、前記第2変速段の変速比をG2とした場合の、(T×G1/G2)に応じたトルクである、請求項4に記載の制御装置。 - 回転電機と車輪とを結ぶ動力伝達経路に自動変速機が設けられた車両用駆動装置を制御対象とする制御装置であって、
前記自動変速機を介して前記回転電機から前記車輪に伝達されるトルクを車輪伝達トルクとして、
前記自動変速機が形成する変速段を第1変速段から当該第1変速段よりも変速比が小さい第2変速段に移行させるアップシフトを行う場合に、当該アップシフトの動作中、前記変速比の低下による前記車輪伝達トルクの減少を補うように、前記回転電機の出力トルクを増加させるトルク増加制御を行うように構成され、
前記車輪の回転速度に応じた前記回転電機の回転速度を車輪対応回転速度とし、要求されている前記車輪伝達トルクに応じた前記回転電機の出力トルクを要求対応トルクとして、
前記車輪対応回転速度で前記要求対応トルクを出力するための前記回転電機の動作点が、前記アップシフトによる変速段の移行前及び移行後の双方で前記回転電機の運転可能範囲内に収まり、且つ、前記変速段の移行前において、前記回転電機の出力トルクが、前記車輪対応回転速度で前記回転電機が出力可能な最大トルクから前記トルク増加制御による増加トルク分を減算したトルクである判定トルク以下の状態で、前記アップシフトを行い、
前記アップシフトを行うと判定した時点において、前記回転電機の出力トルクが前記判定トルクを超えている状態であっても、前記回転電機の出力トルクを前記判定トルク以下の目標トルクまで次第に低下させるトルク低下制御を、前記トルク増加制御を開始する前に行った後に、前記アップシフトを行う、制御装置。 - 前記目標トルクを、前記判定トルクと同じトルクに設定する、請求項6に記載の制御装置。
- 前記アップシフトによる変速段の移行後に前記車輪対応回転速度で前記回転電機が出力可能な最大トルクをT、前記第1変速段の変速比をG1、前記第2変速段の変速比をG2とした場合の、(T×G2/G1)で表されるトルクを許容トルクとして、
前記判定トルクが前記許容トルクより大きい場合には、前記目標トルクを前記許容トルク以下に設定する、請求項6に記載の制御装置。 - 前記アップシフトの動作は、前記回転電機の回転速度が前記第1変速段の状態に維持されたまま前記自動変速機内の駆動力の伝達経路を前記第1変速段の状態から前記第2変速段の状態に移行させる期間であるトルク相と、当該トルク相の後、前記回転電機の回転速度を前記第1変速段の状態から前記第2変速段の状態に移行させる期間であるイナーシャ相とを含み、
前記トルク増加制御は、前記トルク相で実行され、
前記トルク低下制御は、前記アップシフトを行うと判定してから前記トルク相が開始するまでの期間で実行される、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。 - 前記トルク低下制御では、前記トルク低下制御の実行期間における始期と終期での前記回転電機の出力トルクの低下率を、前記実行期間における前記始期と前記終期との間の中間期での前記回転電機の出力トルクの低下率よりも小さくする、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
