Claims (8)
- 測距光源から発せられる測距光を測距光軸上へ射出する投光光学系と、測定対象物からの反射測距光を受光し、受光素子へと導く受光光学系とを具備し、前記投光光学系は投光光軸が受光光軸と交差する様配置され、前記投光光軸と前記受光光軸との交差位置に前記投光光軸を前記受光光軸と合致する様偏向させる投光光軸偏向部を有し、前記受光光学系は同一平面上に配置された第1受光光軸偏向部と第2受光光軸偏向部と集光レンズとを有し、該集光レンズを通り前記第1受光光軸偏向部に入射する受光光軸と、前記第1受光光軸偏向部で反射され前記第2受光光軸偏向部に入射する受光光軸とを含む平面上に、前記第2受光光軸偏向部で反射され前記受光素子に受光される受光光軸が配置されない様構成され、
前記投光光軸偏向部はビームスプリッタであり、反射測距光の光路上に中心部に孔が穿設された透明光学部材の光路長調整部材が設けられ、前記孔は前記ビームスプリッタを透過する反射測距光のみが通過する大きさであり、前記ビームスプリッタを通過して延長される反射測距光の光路長と、前記光路長調整部材を透過して延長される反射測距光の光路長とが等しくなる様前記光路長調整部材の板厚が設定された光波距離測定装置。 - 前記測距光軸上に設けられた走査ミラーを更に具備し、前記測距光は前記走査ミラーにより回転照射される請求項1に記載の光波距離測定装置。
- 前記走査ミラーの測定対象物側に窓部が設けられ、該窓部は前記走査ミラーと一体に回転する請求項2に記載の光波距離測定装置。
- 撮像光軸と撮像光軸偏向部を有する撮像部を更に具備し、前記撮像光軸偏向部は前記撮像光軸を前記投光光軸及び前記受光光軸と同軸となる様偏向させる請求項1〜請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載の光波距離測定装置。
- レーザポインタ光軸とレーザポインタ光軸偏向部を有するレーザポインタ照射部を更に具備し、前記レーザポインタ光軸偏向部は前記レーザポインタ光軸を前記投光光軸と同軸になる様偏向させる請求項4に記載の光波距離測定装置。
- トラッキング光を発するトラッキング光源と、トラッキング光軸を前記第2受光光軸偏向部に向って偏向させるトラッキング光軸偏向部とを有するトラッキング光照明系を更に具備し、前記第2受光光軸偏向部をトラッキング光のみを透過させるダイクロイックミラーとした請求項4又は請求項5に記載の光波距離測定装置。
- トラッキング光軸とトラッキング光軸偏向部を有するトラッキング光照明系を更に具備し、前記トラッキング光軸偏向部は前記トラッキング光軸を前記投光光軸と同軸となる様偏向させる請求項4又は請求項5に記載の光波距離測定装置。
- 前記撮像部は、トラッキング光の受光光学系を兼ねる様構成された請求項6又は請求項7に記載の光波距離測定装置。
