Claims (8)
- 軸心を共有する入力軸および出力軸と、前記入力軸に連結され、ハイロースリーブが前記出力軸の軸心方向に移動されることによって、前記入力軸の回転を変速して前記出力軸に伝達するハイロー切替機構と、前記出力軸とは動力の出力先を別にする出力部材と、前記出力軸の動力の一部を調整して前記出力部材に伝達するクラッチと、前記出力軸にその軸心方向に移動可能且つその軸心まわりに相対回転不能に支持され前記出力部材に選択的に嵌合し、前記出力軸と前記出力部材とを直結化するロックスリーブと、前記出力軸に支持され、互いに螺合するネジ軸部材およびナット部材のいずれか一方のネジ部材が電動機により回転駆動されることによって、前記ナット部材を、前記出力軸の軸心方向に移動させるネジ機構と、前記ネジ機構における前記ナット部材の直線運動を前記クラッチに伝達する伝達機構と、を備える4輪駆動車両用トランスファであって、
前記電動機の回転運動を前記出力軸の軸心方向の直線運動に変換するドラムカムと、
前記電動機の回転運動に連動して、前記ドラムカムにより変換される前記直線運動をハイローシフトフォークおよび4WDロックフォークが前記ハイロースリーブおよび前記ロックスリーブにそれぞれ伝達することによって、前記ハイロースリーブおよび前記ロックスリーブを、前記ハイロー切替機構において高速側ギヤ段が成立され且つ前記出力軸と前記出力部材とが直結化するH4L位置と、前記ハイロー切替機構において低速側ギヤ段が成立され且つ前記出力軸と前記出力部材とが直結化するL4L位置とに選択的に切り替える切替機構とが、備えられていることを特徴とする4輪駆動車両用トランスファ。 - 前記出力軸と平行に配置され軸心方向に移動可能に支持される第2軸を備え、

- 前記カム係合部材は、そのカム係合部材の前記出力軸の軸心方向の移動をバネ部材を介して前記第2軸に伝達する請求項6の4輪駆動車両用トランスファ。
