Claims (8)
- 作動流体が封入された第1シリンダと、
前記第1シリンダ内に摺動可能に嵌装され、該第1シリンダ内を区画する第1ピストンと、
前記第1ピストンに連結されるピストンロッドと、
前記第1シリンダの一端側に設けられて前記ピストンロッドを挿通させて摺動可能に案内するロッドガイドと、
前記ピストンロッドが伸びまたは縮んで前記第1シリンダ内の端部に達するときに作動するストッパ機構と、を備え、
前記ストッパ機構は、
前記第1シリンダ内の端部に設けられる第2シリンダと、
前記ピストンロッドの移動に伴って移動し前記第2シリンダに嵌装可能に設けられる第2ピストンと、からなり、
前記第2ピストンの外周囲には、底面と一側端面と他側端面とから構成される周溝が設けられ、
該周溝には、環状で一部が切り離された周方向の両端を有するピストンリングが軸方向に移動可能に設けられ、
該ピストンリングの両端には、互いに軸方向に当接可能な軸方向当接部と互いに径方向に当接可能な径方向当接部とを有し、
前記ピストンリングが前記周溝の前記第1シリンダ内の前記端部側である前記一側端面に当接したときに、前記ピストンリングの端面との間に第1通路が構成されるようにしたことを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 - 前記ピストンリングまたは第2ピストンの少なくとも一方には、前記ストッパ機構の一側と他側とを常時連通する前記第2通路が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリンダ装置。
- 前記第1通路および前記第2通路は、前記ピストンリングの両端に臨んだ位置に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシリンダ装置。
- 前記ピストンリングの内周面または前記周溝の外周面の少なくとも一方には、複数の突起を形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のシリンダ装置。
- 前記第1通路は、前記ピストンリングの端面を切り欠いた切欠き部により構成し、該切欠き部は、前記第2ピストンの周溝に設けられた係合突起に係合されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のシリンダ装置。
- 前記第2シリンダは、前記第1シリンダを縮径させて前記第1シリンダと一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のシリンダ装置。
- 前記第2シリンダは、前記第1シリンダとは別体で設けられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のシリンダ装置。
- 前記第2ピストンには、前記ピストンロッドに形成される溝に嵌合する嵌合部を一体的に形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のシリンダ装置。
