Description
Claims (22)
- 工業用プロセスのプロセス流体に圧力トランスミッタを結合させるための直付け台であって、
圧力トランスミッタに結合するように構成されたトランスミッタ継手と、
工業用プロセスを結合するように構成されたプロセス継手と、
トランスミッタ継手とプロセス継手との間に延びる毛管と、
比較的高い熱伝導性を有し、プロセス継手とトランスミッタ継手との間に延びる熱伝導通路と、
プロセス継手とトランスミッタ継手との間の熱伝導通路を選択的に熱接続させるように構成された熱スイッチと、を含み、
熱スイッチが、2つの材料の間のギャップによって形成され、2つの材料が異なる膨張係数を有し、それによりギャップのサイズを温度によって変化させる、直付け台。 - 熱スイッチが温度に反応する、請求項1記載の装置。
- プロセス流体から毛管内の封入液を分離するように構成された分離ダイヤフラムを含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 外ケーシングを含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 毛管が封入液で充填される、請求項1記載の装置。

プロセス流体に熱伝導通路を選択的に熱結合すること、
選択的な熱結合が、2つの材料間にギャップを形成すること、を含み、
2つの材料が異なる膨張係数を有し、それによりギャップのサイズを温度によって変化させる、方法。 - プロセス流体から毛管内の封入液を分離するように構成された分離ダイヤフラムを含む、請求項13記載の方法。
