Description
以上では本発明を実施するための形態について説明したが、本発明は当該形態に何ら限定されるものではない。言い換えれば、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において、種々なる形態で実施することもできる。例えば、次に示す各形態を実現してもよい。

Claims (8)
- 回転電機に組み込まれたコイルに電圧を印加する電源と、前記コイルに流れる電流を検出する第1電流センサと、前記第1電流センサによって検出された第1電流波形に基づいて放電量を測定する測定部と、を備える回転電機の放電量測定装置において、
少なくとも一端側を前記コイルに接続する校正用線材と、
前記校正用線材に流れる電流を検出する第2電流センサと、を有し、
前記測定部は、前記第1電流波形のハイパスフィルタ後に基づく波高値または面積と、前記第2電流センサによって検出された第2電流波形に基づく放電量との相関をとることによって校正線を作成し、作成した前記校正線に基づいて放電量を求めることを特徴とする回転電機の放電量測定装置。 - 前記校正用線材を覆う絶縁膜の膜厚は、前記コイルを覆う絶縁膜の膜厚よりも薄いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機の放電量測定装置。
- 前記校正用線材は、前記コイルと前記回転電機のケースとの間に接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機の放電量測定装置。
- 前記校正用線材は、前記コイルの相互間に接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機の放電量測定装置。
- 前記校正用線材は、直接接触する前記コイルの相互間に接続することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の回転電機の放電量測定装置。
- 前記測定部は、前記第1電流波形をフーリエ変換して得られる波形に基づく波高値または面積を用いて前記校正線を作成することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機の放電量測定装置。
- 前記測定部は、周波数が100MHz以上の成分に基づいて放電量を求めることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機の放電量測定装置。
- 回転電機に組み込まれたコイルに電圧を印加し、前記コイルに流れる電流を第1電流センサで検出し、前記第1電流センサによって検出された第1電流波形に基づいて放電量を測定する回転電機の放電量測定方法において、
少なくとも一端側を前記コイルに接続した校正用線材に流れる電流を第2電流センサで検出する検出工程と、
前記第1電流波形のハイパスフィルタ後に基づく波高値または面積と、前記第2電流センサによって検出された第2電流波形に基づく放電量との相関をとることによって校正線を作成する校正線作成工程と、
作成した前記校正線に基づいて放電量を求める測定工程と、
を有することを特徴とする回転電機の放電量測定方法。
