Description
(a)2−{2−クロロ−4−メシル−3−〔(テトラヒドロフラン−2−イルメトキシ)メチル〕ベンゾイル}シクロヘキサン−1,3−ジオンと、
(b)ベンゾイソチアゾリノン誘導体、ベンズアミド誘導体、ベンゾチアゾール誘導体、ベンゾオキサゾリノン誘導体、ベンゾオキサジン誘導体、チアジニル、イソプロチオラン、ヘキサメチレンテトラミン、シュウ酸カリウム及びバニリン誘導体より成る群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物を組み合わせて成る薬害軽減された除草剤組成物を提供するものである。
親水性シリカ、疎水性シリカ、ケイ酸カルシウム等のホワイトカーボン、合成ゼオライト、二酸化チタン等の合成品;
大豆粉、タバコ粉、トウモロコシ穂軸粉、クルミ粉、小麦粉、木粉、でんぷん、結晶セルロース等の植物性有機物質;
クマロン樹脂、石油樹脂、アルキッド樹脂、ポリアルキレングリコール、ケトン樹脂、エステルガム等の合成又は天然の高分子化合物;
カルナバロウ、蜜ロウ等のワックス類;
尿素、乳糖、ショ糖、硫酸アンモニウム、塩化カリウム等の水溶性物質が例示できる。
ヤシ油、菜種油、コーン油、大豆油、米ぬか油等の油脂類;
ケロシン、鉱油、スピンドル油、ホワイトオイル、ノルマルパラフィン、イソパラフィン、ナフテン等のパラフィン系もしくはナフテン系炭化水素系溶剤;
キシレン、アルキルベンゼン、アルキルナフタレン等の芳香族炭化水素系溶剤;
エタノール、ベンジルアルコール、イソプロパノール、シクロヘキサノール等のアルコール類;
エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール等の多価アルコール類;
エチレングリコールエチルエーテル、エチレングリコールフェニルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールエチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールブチルエーテル等のエーテルアルコール類;
メチルエチルケトン、ジイソブチルケトン、シクロヘキサノン、アセトフェノン、イソホロン、γ−ブチロラクトン等のケトン類;
ヤシ油脂肪酸メチルエステル等の脂肪酸メチルエステル、コハク酸ジメチルエステル、グリタミン酸ジメチルエステルやアジピン酸ジメチルエステル等の二塩基酸メチルエステル、酢酸エチル、酢酸アミル、エチレングリコールアセテート、ジエチレングリコールアセテート等のエステル類;
ジオキサン、テトラヒドロフラン等のエーテル類;
ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルアセトアミド、ジメチルスルホキシド、N−アルキルピロリドン等の極性溶媒あるいは水等が例示できる。
本発明において、施用し得る該組成物の量は実質的な範囲で変えることができる。その施用量は、例えば、(a)の除草性化合物と(b)の化合物の合計量として0.01〜10kg/ha、好ましくは0.5〜5kg/haの範囲内とすることができる。
供試化合物
(a):テフリルトリオン
(b−1):1,2−ベンゾイソチアゾリン−3−オンのNa塩
(b−2):プロベナゾール
(b−3):フタルイミド
(b−4):ベンズアミド
(b−5):2−ヒドロキシベンゾチアゾール
(b−6):2−ベンゾオキサゾリノン
(b−7):2H−1,4−ベンゾオキサジン−3(4H)−オン
(b−8):イサト酸無水物
(b−9):ヘキサメチレンテトラミン
(b−10):シュウ酸カリウム
(b−11):バニリン
(b−12):バニリン酸
(b−13):エチルバニリン
試験方法
50mL容積の規格瓶に、化合物(a)1ppm及び化合物(b)に属す供試化合物20ppmを含有した各薬液30mLを入れた。
2.0−2.2葉期のイネ根部を1cmにカットした後、薬液に浸漬し、グロースキャビネット内(温度25℃、湿度80%、照射光量6KLx、12時間明暗)で3日間静置した。静置期間中に蒸散する水については暫時30mLになるよう、水の補給を行なった。
3日後にイネを取り出し、イネに付いた薬液を水で洗い流した後、肥料を含有した水耕液(30mL)に移し変え、グロースキャビネット内(温度25℃、湿度80%、照射光量6KLx、12時間明暗)で生育させた。
調査は薬液への浸漬から12日後に、肉眼観察により、化合物(b)の各薬液処理区のイネの茎葉部と根部を観察した。
評価は下記の基準に従って行なった。
+++;無添加と同等の生育。根の発根、及び茎葉部・根部の生育が促進された。
++; 化合物(a)単剤と比較し、根の発根、及び茎葉部・根部の生育が促進された。
+; 化合物(a)単剤と同程度であった。
−; 化合物(a)単剤より抑制された。
試験結果を第1表に示す。
試験方法:
コイトトロン(人工気象機)及び温室に、水田土壌を充填した1/5,000aワグネルポットに設置した。コイトトロンの温度設定は、移植時〜14日後まで;13℃(12時間)−15℃(12時間)、14日以降は;20℃(12時間)−25℃(12時間)、の日較差を設定した。温室はポットを設置したベンチ内の水を冷却し、移植時〜14日後まで;平均12.5℃、14日以降は冷却を停止し;平均21.8℃とした。
水稲苗(品種;日本晴れ、2.2−2.6葉期)を、移植深度2cmで、1ポット当たり3本移植した。移植後3cmの湛水状態にし、試験期間中その水位を保った。
移植5日後に、化合物(a)の3%粒剤、および化合物(a)に所定濃度の化合物(b)の添加された各粒剤の所定量をそれぞれの試験ポットに湛水水面施用した。
処理1日後から7日間、0.5cm/日の漏水処理を行なった。
調査は薬剤処理5週間後に、茎数・根重・茎葉重の計測を行った。
評価は下記の基準に従って、行なった。
化合物(a)単剤を100%とした、比較%で表記する。
100%超し; 化合物(a)単剤処理より、薬害が軽減された。
100〜90%; 化合物(a)単剤処理より、影響が認められたが回復性が望め、収量等に影響がない。
90〜80%; 化合物(a)単剤処理より、強めの影響が認められた。
80%未満; 化合物(a)単剤処理より、明らかに強めの影響が認められた。
試験結果を第2表に示す。
化合物(a) 3重量部、化合物(b−2) 0.1重量部、ナトリウムベントナイト(モンモリロナイト) 30重量部、トリポリリン酸ナトリウム 1重量部、リグニンスルホン酸塩 3重量部及び炭酸カルシウム 61.4重量部の混合物に、ジアルキルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム塩 0.5重量部、ポリカルボン酸ナトリウム塩 1重量部を含む水 25重量部を加えて良く捏化し、押し出し式造粒機により500−1700ミクロンの粒状とし、80℃で乾燥し粒剤とした。
化合物(a) 3重量部、化合物(b−2) 0.1重量部、ナトリウムベントナイト(モンモリロナイト) 30重量部、ヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウム 2重量部、クレー 60.2重量部の混合物に、ジアルキルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム塩 0.2重量部、ポリオキシアルキレントリスチリルフェニルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム塩 4重量部、ポリカルボン酸ナトリウム塩 0.5重量部を含む水 22重量部を加えて良く捏化し、押し出し式造粒機により500−1700ミクロンの粒状とし、80℃で乾燥し粒剤とした。
0.2−0.7mmの粒度分布を有する粘度鉱物粒 73.2重量部を容器回転型混合機に入れ、回転下に液体希釈剤 10重量部と共に化合物(a) 15重量部、化合物(b−2) 0.3重量部を噴霧し、ホワイトカーボン 1.5重量部を加えて、微粒剤とする。
化合物(a) 6重量部、化合物(b−2) 0.1重量部、プロピレングリコール 10重量部、ポリオキシアルキレントリスチリルフェニルエーテル 5重量部、キサンタンガム 1重量部、シリコーンオイルエマルション 0.1重量部及び水 77.8重量部の混合物をよく撹拌した後、粉砕機(ダイノミルKDL型)で粉砕し、水性懸濁製剤とする。
Claims (1)
- (a)2−{2−クロロ−4−メシル−3−〔(テトラヒドロフラン−2−イルメトキシ)メチル〕ベンゾイル}シクロヘキサン−1,3−ジオンと、
(b)ベンゾイソチアゾリノン誘導体、ベンズアミド誘導体、ベンゾチアゾール誘導体、ベンゾオキサゾリノン誘導体、ベンゾオキサジン誘導体、チアジニル、イソプロチオラン、ヘキサメチレンテトラミン、シュウ酸カリウム及びバニリン誘導体より成る群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物を組み合わせて成る薬害軽減された除草剤組成物であって、
前記ベンゾイソチアゾリノン誘導体が、1,2−ベンゾイソチアゾリン−3−オン及びそのナトリウム塩、プロベナゾール並びにサッカリンから成る群から選択され、
前記ベンズアミド誘導体が、フタルイミド及びベンズアミドから成る群から選択され、
前記ベンゾオキサゾリノン誘導体が、2−ベンゾオキサゾリノンであり、
前記ベンゾチアゾール誘導体が、2−ヒドロキシベンゾチアゾールであり、
前記ベンゾオキサジン誘導体が、2H−1,4−ベンゾオキサジン−3(4H)−オン及びイサト酸無水物から成る群から選択され、
前記バニリン誘導体が、バニリン、バニリン酸、バニリルアルコール及びエチルバニリンから成る群から選択されるものである、除草剤組成物。
