Description
図1乃至図3を参照しつつ、本実施の形態の冷凍装置1の構成例について説明する。図1は、本実施の形態の冷凍装置1の一例の正面図である。図2は、図1の冷凍装置1の側面図である。図3は、図1の冷凍装置1のA−A’における断面図である。
図4を参照しつ、本実施の形態の冷媒回路150の構成例について説明する。同図は、本実施の形態の冷媒回路150の一例の回路図である。
同図に例示されるように、冷媒回路150は、略同一の2基の冷媒回路、即ち、第1冷媒回路100と、第2冷媒回路200とを有している。
第1冷媒回路100は、第1圧縮機101と、プレコンデンサ102及びコンデンサ104(第1凝縮器)と、気液を分ける分流器107と、減圧器108及び熱交換器109と、減圧器110(第1減圧器)及び第1蒸発パイプ(第1蒸発器)111とを備えて、第1圧縮機101から吐出された冷媒(第1冷媒)が再び第1圧縮機101に戻るように所定の配管(第1配管)で環状に構成されている。第1冷媒回路100には例えば後述する4種類の冷媒を有する非共沸混合冷媒(以後、単に「冷媒」と称する)が封入されている。
プレコンデンサ102は、第1圧縮機101から吐出される冷媒を放熱させるための例えば銅又はアルミニウム製の管を蛇行させたものである。
第2冷媒回路200は、前述と同様に、第2圧縮機201と、プレコンデンサ202及びコンデンサ204(第2凝縮器)と、気液を分ける分流器207と、減圧器208及び熱交換器209と、減圧器210(第2減圧器)及び第2蒸発パイプ(第2蒸発器)211とを備えて、第2圧縮機201から吐出された冷媒(第2冷媒)が再び第2圧縮機201に戻るように所定の配管(第2配管)で環状に構成されている。第2冷媒回路200には、前述と同様の冷媒が封入されている。また、この第2冷媒回路200は、前述と同様に、オイルクーラ201aと、配管203と、デハイドレータ206と、緩衝器212とを備える。ここで、熱交換器209は、外側管209a及び内側管209bを有する。また、緩衝器212は、キャピラリチューブ212a及び膨張タンク212bを有する。
本実施の形態の冷媒(第1冷媒、第2冷媒)は、例えば、R245fa、R600、R23、及びR14を有する非共沸混合冷媒である。ここで、R245faは、ペンタフルオロプロパン(CHF2CH2CF3)を意味し、沸点は+15.3℃である。R600は、ノルマルブタン(n-C4H10)を意味し、沸点は−0.5℃である。R23は、トリフルオロメタン(CHF3)を意味し、沸点は−82.1℃である。R14は、テトラフルオロメタン(CF4)を意味し、沸点は−127.9℃である。
尚、以上は、第2冷媒回路200についても同様である。
図5乃至図7を参照しつつ、本実施の形態の蒸発器153(第1蒸発パイプ111及び第2蒸発パイプ211)の構成例について説明する。図5は、本実施の形態の内箱5とこの外側に貼付される第1蒸発パイプ111及び第2蒸発パイプ211との一例の斜視図である。図6は、図5の第1蒸発パイプ111の斜視図である。図7は、図5の第2蒸発パイプ211の斜視図である。
前述した実施の形態は、本発明の理解を容易にするためのものであり、本発明を限定して解釈するためのものではない。本発明はその趣旨を逸脱することなく変更や改良等が可能であり、また本発明はその等価物も含むものである。

Claims (4)
- 少なくとも両側板及び背板の境界部分が曲面で形成される内箱と、前記内箱を覆う外箱と、前記内箱と前記外箱の間に充填される断熱材と、を有する断熱筐体と、
前記断熱筐体の前方の開口を開放又は閉塞する断熱扉と、
第1圧縮機、第1凝縮器、第1減圧器、第1蒸発器を第1配管で環状に接続すると共に第1冷媒を前記第1配管内に封入し、前記断熱筐体の庫内を冷却する第1冷媒回路と、
第2圧縮機、第2凝縮器、第2減圧器、第2蒸発器を第2配管で環状に接続すると共に第2冷媒を前記第2配管内に封入し、前記庫内を冷却する第2冷媒回路と、を備え、
前記第1蒸発器を構成する第1蒸発パイプは、前記第1冷媒が流れる上流側から下流側へ向かうに連れて、前記内箱の天板の外側を蛇行し、前記両側板及び前記背板の外側を前記両側板及び前記背板に亘る幅を上側から下側へ蛇行し、更に前記内箱の底板の外側を蛇行するように、前記天板、前記両側板、前記背板、前記底板の外側に貼付され、
前記第2蒸発器を構成する第2蒸発パイプは、前記第2冷媒が流れる上流側から下流側へ向かうに連れて、前記第1蒸発パイプと重ならないように、前記天板の外側を蛇行し、前記両側板及び前記背板の外側を前記両側板及び前記背板に亘る幅を上側から下側へ蛇行し、更に前記底板の外側を蛇行するように、前記天板、前記両側板、前記背板、前記底板の外側に貼付される
ことを特徴とする冷凍装置。 - 前記第1及び第2蒸発パイプは、前記天板、前記両側板、前記背板、前記底板の外側を交互に蛇行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍装置。 - 前記第1及び第2蒸発パイプは、前記天板、前記両側板、前記背板、前記底板に対し、アルミテープで前記第1及び第2蒸発パイプ自体が覆われるように貼付される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍装置。 - 前記アルミテープは、前記アルミテープの長手方向が前記第1及び第2蒸発パイプの長手方向に沿うように貼付される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷凍装置。
