Description
回転側取付環12における相対的に外側の第二の回転側取付環122は、その外周筒部122cにおいて、サイドリップ14及び外周リップ15の基部16の外周面に嵌着されると共に、この第二の回転側取付環122に一体的に設けられたパルサーリング17の内周部17cが、内輪202の端部外周面に密接され、相対的に内側の第一の回転側取付環121は、その内周筒部121aにおいて軸受200の内輪202の外周面に圧入嵌着されている。
詳しくは、第一の回転側取付環121は、鋼板等の金属板を打ち抜きプレス成形することにより製作したものであって、軸心Oを通る平面で切断した形状(図示の断面形状)が略L字形をなし、外周面が内周リップ13の先端部内周に摺動可能に密接される内周筒部121aと、その軸受外部A側の端部から外周側へ延びる外向きフランジ121bとからなる。そして、サイドリップ14及び外周リップ15は、その共通の基部16が、第一の回転側取付環121における外向きフランジ121bの外径部に加硫接着されている。
また、第二の回転側取付環122は、鋼板等の金属板を打ち抜きプレス成形することにより製作したものであって、軸心Oを通る平面で切断した形状(図示の断面形状)が略L字形をなし、サイドリップ14及び外周リップ15の基部16の外周面に嵌着される外周筒部122cと、その軸受外部A側の端部から内周側へ延びる内向きフランジ122dとからなる。外周筒部122cには、前記基部16の一部を食い込ませて嵌合力を増大させるための屈曲部122eが形成されている。そして、回転側取付環12は、第一の回転側取付環121の内周筒部121aにおいて内輪202の外周面に圧入嵌着されるものである。

Claims (2)
- 静止側部材(201)に密嵌固定される静止側取付環(11)と、回転側部材(202)に密嵌固定される回転側取付環(12)と、前記静止側取付環(11)に一体的に設けられて先端部が前記回転側取付環(12)に摺動可能に密接される静止側リップ(13)と、前記回転側取付環(12)に一体的に成形されて先端部が前記静止側取付環(11)に摺動可能に密接された回転側リップ(14,15)と、磁性粉末を混合した合成樹脂又はゴム状弾性材料からなり前記回転側取付環(12)に一体的に成形され多極着磁されたロータリエンコーダ用パルサーリング(17)と、を備え、前記回転側取付環(12)が、前記回転側リップ(14,15)が設けられた相対的に内側の第一の回転側取付環(121)と、前記パルサーリング(17)が設けられた相対的に外側の第二の回転側取付環(122)からなり、前記第二の回転側取付環(122)が、前記回転側リップ(14,15)の基部(16)に嵌着され、前記パルサーリング(17)が前記回転側部材(202)の外周面に密接されたことを特徴とする密封装置。
- パルサーリング(17)の外周部に、回転側リップ(14,15)よりも外側に位置すると共に静止側部材(201)又は静止側取付環(11)に近接対向する鍔部(17a)を延在したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密封装置。
