Description
シクロオレフィンポリマー(日本ゼオン社製ZEONEX330R、ガラス転移点123℃)からなる一対の樹脂基板(70mm×20mm、厚さ2mm)の各々の表面に、Xeエキシマランプ(ウシオ電機製、UER20−172A)により紫外光(波長172nm)を照射した。紫外光の照射は大気中で行い、ランプと基板表面との距離を5mm、照射強度を10mW/cm2、照射時間を10分とした。紫外光の照射面は、各々の基板の一方の主面全体とした。
参照例1で用いたシクロオレフィンポリマーからなる一対の樹脂基板の各々の表面に、参照例1と同様に紫外光を照射した。

Claims (19)
- 第1の樹脂と第2の樹脂とを接着する樹脂の接着方法であって、
(i)接着面となる前記第1および第2の樹脂の表面に紫外光を照射する工程と、
(ii)前記照射後の前記表面を、シランカップリング剤により表面処理する工程と、
(iii)前記処理後の前記表面を互いに接触させた状態で昇温することにより、前記表面を接着面として前記第1の樹脂と前記第2の樹脂とを接着する工程と、を含む樹脂の接着方法。 - 前記工程(ii)において、
前記第1の樹脂の前記表面を、第1のシランカップリング剤により表面処理し、
前記第2の樹脂の前記表面を、前記第1のシランカップリング剤と結合可能な構造を有する第2のシランカップリング剤により表面処理する、請求項1に記載の樹脂の接着方法。 - 前記工程(ii)において、
前記第1の樹脂の前記表面を、末端に官能基を有する第1のシランカップリング剤により表面処理し、
前記第2の樹脂の前記表面を、前記官能基と結合可能な官能基を末端に有する第2のシランカップリング剤により表面処理する、請求項1に記載の樹脂の接着方法。 - 前記工程(ii)において、
前記第1の樹脂の前記表面を、末端にアミノ基を有するシランカップリング剤により表面処理し、
