前記筐体の底面を前記車両のフロアパネル上に保持するための保持手段とを含み、
前記電気機器自体は略直方体の形状を有し、
前記筐体は、車両の前後方向の後部側において、前記筐体の上面側が底面側よりも車両後方に伸びた形状を有し、車両の前後方向の前部側において、前記筐体の底面側が上面側よりも車両前方に伸びた形状を有し、
前記筐体の車両側方から見た断面は、底辺を水平とした略平行四辺形であり、
前記筐体の底面と前記電気機器自体の底面とが平行でないように、前記電気機器は前記筐体に収納され、
前記筐体の底面と前記電気機器自体の底面とが平行でないことによって、前記略平行四辺形の上辺および下辺と前記電気機器自体との間に、前記電気機器の冷却空気が流れる空隙が形成され、前記略平行四辺形の一対の側辺と前記電気機器自体との間に、前記電気機器を冷却するためのダクトが設けられる空隙が形成され、
