Description
特許文献1の現像装置においては、弾性シートの材質をクリープ特性に優れたポリフェニレンサルファイドとすることで、高温高湿や長期間放置等の過酷環境下での弾性シートの不要な変形を抑制することができ、現像装置内のトナーの多少にかかわらず、トナーを良好に現像ローラに供給することができるとされている。

Claims (7)
- 粉体を収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に回転可能に配置される回転部材と、
前記回転部材に固定され、固定された部位とは異なる自由端側が前記回転部材の回転により前記ハウジングの内壁を摺接移動し、前記粉体を搬送するシート状の搬送部材と、
前記ハウジングにおける前記粉体の搬送方向下流側に設けられた粉体供給口とを有し、
前記ハウジングは、前記回転部材の軸方向から見て、当該ハウジングの底壁が平坦で且つ該底壁の長さが側壁の長さよりも長い扁平な略矩形状であって、前記側壁の下部から前記底壁へ延びる湾曲壁を有すると共に該湾曲壁に前記粉体供給口が形成され、前記底壁及び前記側壁から隔てられた所定位置に前記回転部材を備えると共に、前記ハウジングの前記粉体の充填領域を通過した後の前記搬送部材の自由端側が前記ハウジングの上部内壁と接触する粉体供給器への粉体充填量の設定方法において、
前記粉体供給器の使用開始時に前記回転部材の下面の高さ以上となる充填量を、前記ハウジングの内部に充填する前記粉体の粉体充填量とすることを特徴とする粉体供給器への粉体充填量の設定方法。 - 前記粉体充填量は、前記粉体供給器の使用開始時に、前記粉体が前記回転部材の断面の外接円の接線のうち水平且つ上方にある接線の高さ以上となる量であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉体供給器への粉体充填量の設定方法。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の粉体充填量の設定方法で設定された高さ以上となる粉体充填量を、再生した前記粉体供給器の前記ハウジングの内部に充填する粉体充填量とすることを特徴とする再生した粉体供給器への粉体充填量の設定方法。
- 粉体を収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に回転可能に配置される回転部材と、
前記回転部材に固定され、固定された部位とは異なる自由端側が前記回転部材の回転により前記ハウジングの内壁を摺接移動し、前記粉体を搬送するシート状の搬送部材と、

前記ハウジングは、前記回転部材の軸方向から見て、当該ハウジングの底壁が平坦で且つ該底壁の長さが側壁の長さよりも長い扁平な略矩形状であって、前記側壁の下部から前記底壁へ延びる湾曲壁を有すると共に該湾曲壁に前記粉体供給口が形成され、前記底壁及び前記側壁から隔てられた所定位置に前記回転部材を備えると共に、前記ハウジングの前記粉体の充填領域を通過した後の前記搬送部材の自由端側が前記ハウジングの上部内壁と接触する粉体供給器において、
前記粉体供給器の使用開始前に、前記回転部材の下面の高さ以上となる量の粉体が、前記ハウジングの内部に充填されていることを特徴とする粉体供給器。 - 前記搬送部材は、前記粉体供給器の使用開始前に、前記湾曲壁に設けられた前記粉体供給口を摺擦可能な長さに設定されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の粉体供給器。
- 前記粉体供給器の使用開始前に、前記回転部材の断面の外接円の接線のうち水平且つ上方にある接線の高さ以上となる量の粉体が、前記ハウジングの内部に充填されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5記載の粉体供給器。
- 前記湾曲壁に設けられた前記粉体供給口における前記搬送部材の摺擦方向上流側にのみスロープが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4から請求項6のいずれか1項記載の粉体供給器。
