Abstract
極めて簡単な構成で低コストであり、具体的にディーゼルエンジン自動車などに適用して実現でき、廃棄物を有価物とし得る廃食油のディーゼル機関燃料システム、ろ過装置、利用方法並びに廃食油燃料ディーゼル機関自動車を提供する。
【解決手段】廃食油をろ過するろ材の目のサイズが0.01μm〜50μm未満の一次ろ過装置を設ける。一次ろ過装置によりろ過された廃食油が供給され機関本体側に連通する燃料フィルタ装置であり、ろ材の目のサイズが50μm〜500μmである燃料フィルタ装置を設ける。一次ろ過装置によりろ過された廃食油を燃料フィルタ装置に通して用いることにより、廃食油を安定したディーゼル燃料として用いることができる。

Claims (9)
- 廃食油をろ過するろ材の目のサイズが0.01μm〜50μm未満の一次ろ過装置と、
一次ろ過装置によりろ過された廃食油が供給され機関本体側に連通する燃料フィルタ装置であり、ろ材の目のサイズが50μm〜500μmである燃料フィルタ装置と、を含むことを特徴とする廃食油のディーゼル機関燃料システム。 - 一次ろ過装置が、油水分離型ろ過装置からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃食油のディーゼル機関燃料システム。
- 一次ろ過装置に圧送駆動源が接続され、一次ろ過装置が圧送式油水分離型ろ過装置から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の廃食油のディーゼル機関燃料システム。
- 一次ろ過装置が、ハウジングと、上位側から被ろ過体が投入され、同じく上位側からろ過後の液体が通過排出されるように垂下状にハウジング内で支持されるろ材と、を含む圧送式油水分離型ろ過装置からなることを特徴とする請求項3記載の廃食油のディーゼル機関燃料システム。
- ハウジングが縦長容器からなる請求項4記載の廃食油のディーゼル機関燃料システム。
- 一次ろ過装置によるろ過後の廃食油が、一次ろ過装置に原料廃食油を供給する圧送駆動源の圧送力により、燃料フィルタ装置への供給系へ供給されることを特徴とする請求項3ないし5のいずれかに記載の廃食油のディーゼル機関燃料システム。
- 圧送駆動源としてのポンプと一次ろ過装置とが構造機体により一体的に組み付けられていることを特徴とする請求項3ないし6のいずれかに記載の廃食油のディーゼル機関燃料システム。
- ろ材の目のサイズが0.01μm〜50μm未満である、油水分離機能を有する一次ろ過装置で廃食油を一次ろ過する工程と、
機関本体側に連通する燃料フィルタ装置であり、ろ材の目のサイズが50μm〜500μmである燃料フィルタ装置に該一次ろ過装置によりろ過された廃食油を供給する工程と、を含み、
一次ろ過工程において、圧送されてろ過駆動される圧送式油水分離ろ過処理を行うことにより、廃食油をディーゼル燃料として利用することを特徴とする廃食油のディーゼル機関燃料利用方法。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の廃食油のディーゼル機関燃料システムを搭載した廃食油燃料ディーゼル機関自動車。
